Masonville is a city in Delaware County, Iowa, United States. The population was 99 at the time of the 2020 census. [2] The city is located on the western border between Delaware and Buchanan counties.
Masonville was laid out in 1858. It was named for businessman R. B. Mason. [3]

There were 51 housing units at an average density of 155.9 per square mile (60.2/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 100.0% White, 0.0% Black or African American, 0.0% Native American, 0.0% Asian, 0.0% Pacific Islander, 0.0% from other races and 0.0% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race comprised 1.0% of the population.
Of the 47 households, 27.7% of which had children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.2% were married couples living together, 8.5% were cohabitating couples, 12.8% had a female householder with no spouse or partner present and 25.5% had a male householder with no spouse or partner present. 29.8% of all households were non-families. 27.7% of all household were made up of individuals, 6.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years old or older.
The median age in the city was 45.1 years. 24.2% of the residents were under the age of 20; 4.0% were between the ages of 20 and 24; 21.2% were from 25 and 44; 27.3% were from 45 and 64; and 23.2% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the city was 49.5% male and 50.5% female.

The average household size was 2.31 and the average family size was 2.83.

Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.81% of the population.
There were 49 households, out of which 18.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 44.9% were married couples living together, 18.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 32.7% were non-families. 26.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 18.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.12 and the average family size was 2.42.

Edgewood is a city in Clayton and Delaware counties in the U.S. state of Iowa. Highway 3, which runs through the center of town, is the dividing line between the two counties. The Edgewood post office was established in 1852 on the Clayton side of the town. Edgewood was formally incorporated in 1892, although it had a functioning council for some time before that date. The population was 909 at the time of the 2020 census, down from 923 in 2000.
