The Ministry of Revenue is a ministry of the Government of Maharashtra. It is responsible for preparing annual plans for the development of Maharashtra state. [1] [2]

The district magistrate, also known as the district collector or deputy commissioner, is a career civil servant who serves as the executive head of a district's administration in India. Patangrao Kadam was an Indian politician from the state of Maharashtra. He came from a middle level farmer family in a small village, Sonsal in Sangli district. He previously held the forest ministry in the Maharashtra government. He was also an educationist and was the founder of Bharati Vidyapeeth. Kadam died of renal dysfunction at Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital on 9 March 2018.


Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil is an Indian politician, and a 7-time undefeated MLA from Shirdi Vidhan Sabha Constituency in Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra. He is currently the Minister for Revenue, in the Government of Maharashtra and was the 1st Minister sworn in the Eknath Shinde ministry expansion, after Eknath Shinde and Devendra Fadnavis in the Cabinet Expansion held on 9 August 2022. Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil has been a member of the Maharashtra Vidhan Sabha since 1995. He was elected in the 2014 with 1,21,459 votes and most recently in 2019 with record breaking 1,32,316 votes.

Diwakar Raote is a leader of Shiv Sena from Maharashtra. On 5 December 2014 Raote took charge as the Cabinet Minister of Transport in Maharashtra Government. He is also the guardian minister of Parbhani and Nanded Districts. Earlier he was entrusted with the responsibility of establishing the organization in Marathwada after the party's decision in 1985 to expand to whole Maharashtra. He became Mayor of Mumbai in 1991. In Narayan Rane ministry, he was a cabinet minister of Revenue, Government of Maharashtra.

Chandrakant Bacchu Patil is an Indian politician and the Higher and technical education minister of Maharashtra state in the present Government of Maharashtra. Chandrakant Patil was the Maharashtra state President of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Sanjay Dulichand Rathod is a Shiv Sena politician from Yavatmal district, Maharashtra. He is a member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly from Digras-Darwha Assembly Constituency.
Rathod is a strong Shiv Sena leader in Vidarbha & belong to the Banjara community. He won 2014 assembly election with record margin of 79,864, second highest in Maharashtra.

Ajay Bhushan Pandey is a 1984 batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer belonging to the Maharashtra cadre. He is former Finance Secretary of India. He is also former chief executive officer (CEO) of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), the nodal agency of Government of India responsible for implementing Aadhaar. He also worked as the chairman of Goods and Services Tax Network from September 2017 to March 2021. Currently, he is Chairman of National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA).
