Miss Earth Colombia or Miss Tierra Colombia is a title given to a woman who is selected to represent Colombia at Miss Earth, an annual international beauty pageant promoting environmental awareness. [1] [2] [3]

The Miss Earth Colombia Organization used to appoint a Colombian woman to represent Colombia in Miss Earth. Starting 2014, a national competition was held. The first competition was won by María Alejandra Villafañe Osorio and the competition was held in Armenia, Colombia. On occasion, when the winner does not qualify (due to age) for either contest, a runner-up is sent.

Miss Colombia 2007, the 73rd Miss Colombia pageant, was held in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, on November 12, 2007. The pageant was broadcast live on RCN TV from the Centro de Convenciones Cartagena de Indias in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. At the conclusion of the final night of competition, outgoing titleholder Miss Colombia 2006 Eileen Roca Torralvo of Cesar crowned Taliana Vargas of Magdalena as the new Señorita Colombia. Vargas would later placed 1st Runner-Up at the 2008 Miss Universe pageant.
The Señorita Panamá is a national beauty pageant in Panama. As of the 2024 edition, Señorita Panamá winners represent Panamá in Miss Universe. The Miss Panama brand started in 1952, when the Panamanian Institute of Tourism received an invitation from Miss Universe to send a representative. In 1975, the Señorita Panamá name was used for the first time, reverting to Miss Panama in 1976. In 1982, Señorita Panamá was created by RPC Channel 4 as an alternative to send its winners to the Miss World contest in London. The Miss Earth Indonesia competition was abolished in 2021 because of El John Pageant lost the franchise of Miss Earth and rebranded the pageant with Putri Bumi Indonesia. From 2022, the licenseholder of Miss Earth pageant is PT. Mahakarya Duta Pesona Indonesia and make a new pageant named Putri Nusantara which Miss Earth Indonesia is selected as one of the winner from that pageant.
