Miss Guadeloupe International is a national beauty pageant responsible for selecting Guadeloupe's representatives to the International pageants. This pageant is not related to Miss Guadeloupe where the winner traditionally competes at Miss France contest.
Miss Guadeloupe pageant has been known since 1977 when the island competed at the Miss Universe pageant. Since 1984 the island joins Miss France contest as overseas department of the country. In 1985 it boycotts to the Miss Universe pageant, because of the pageant does allow that island competing in a national competition as a region. [1]
Since 2003 Guadeloupe allows winners to compete at the Miss World contest. The "Miss International Guadeloupe" contest sends its winner to the Miss World. While runners-up might compete at the Miss International and Miss Earth pageants.

In 2021, The Miss Guadalupe International organization acquired the Miss Universe license to send its only representative to the Miss Universe pageant. The delegates will compete as "Miss Universe Sin Marteen & Guadalupe" in the pageant.

Miss Grand Haiti is a national title given to a woman chosen to represent Haiti at Miss Grand International. Miss Grand US Virgin Islands is a national beauty pageant title awarded to women chosen to represent the US Virgin Islands at the Miss Grand International contest. The title was first awarded in 2014 when a 24-year-old Stateside Puerto Rican, Wilma Echandy, was appointed to represent the US Virgin Islands in Miss Grand International 2014 in Thailand. Under the directorship of Brian Javier, the first contest of Miss Grand US Virgin Islands was expected to be held in March 2024.
The 11th edition of the Miss Grand International pageant was held at the Phú Thọ Indoor Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on October 25, 2023, in which candidates from 71 countries and territories participated. These candidates were elected as the country representatives through different methods, such as through the Miss Grand National which was held to select the country representative for Miss Grand International specifically, or appointed by another national pageant organizer, in which the main winner was sent to compete on other international stages. Some of them were assigned as the representatives without competing at any national pageant in this particular year.
Miss Grand International 2017 was the fifth edition of the Miss Grand International pageant, held on October 25, 2017 at the Vinpearl Phu Quoc Resort and Villas Convention Hall, Phú Quốc, Vietnam. Contestants from seventy-seven countries and territories competed for the title, of whom María José Lora of Peru was announced the winner and was crowned by Miss Grand International 2016, Ariska Putri Pertiwi of Indonesia, while the representatives of the Czech Republic, Philippines, Puerto Rico, and Venezuela were named the runners-up.
