Miss World Nicaragua is a beauty pageant in Nicaragua that selects the country's representatives to the Miss World, Mister World, Miss International and Miss Supranational ones of the Big Four international beauty pageants.

Since 1960 Nicaragua has compite in the Miss World pageant previously the pageant was part of the Miss Nicaragua organization until 2013 when the current CEO Denis Dávila earn the franchise for Nicaragua to send delegates into the Miss World pageant.

The reining Miss World Nicaragua is Julia Aguilar from Granada she was 1st Runner-up of Miss Mundo Nicaragua 2024, she were crowned after Ismeli Jarquín from Jinotega declined for the title.

The pageant was formerly under the Miss Mundo Nicaragua organization just in 2013. Since 2014 until 2022 Nicaragua did not compete in the international pageant. When a new organization got the franchise for Nicaragua in Miss Supranational in 2023 the 1st runner-up of Miss Nicaragua 2021 Katherine Burgos was appointment to represent the country in Poland, however the organization cancelled the pageant and Denis Dávila from Miss Mundo Nicaragua get the franchise back.
