Miss World Sri Lanka is a beauty contest held in Sri Lanka to select the country's representative to the Miss World. This is a list of women who have represented the Sri Lanka at the Miss World pageant.

History

Sri Lanka debut in 1953 at Miss World pageant. Previously the country named as Ceylon for competing at the pageant in 1957 to 1972. Nowadays, the official name for the country named as Sri Lanka. Miss Sri Lanka pageant became national franchise for Miss World, Miss Universe, Miss International and Miss Asia Pacific International pageants.

Since 1953 the official winner competed at Miss World, sometimes a handpicked delegate is sent. Sri Lanka has one International winner from Miss Asia Pacific International, Bernadine Rosemarie Fernando Ramanyake in 1985, she was crowned the official winner in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

In 1996 Miss Sri Lanka did not exist but Sri Lanka representatives crowned by another organization.

In 2003 the new pageant built as Miss World Sri Lanka pageant and the winner would be representing Sri Lanka at Miss World pageant. The pageant was hosting by TV Derana.

Since 2003 the winner of Miss World Sri Lanka represents her country at Miss World. On occasion, when the winner does not qualify (due to age) for either contest, a runner-up is sent.

The Señorita Panamá is a national beauty pageant in Panama. As of the 2024 edition, Señorita Panamá winners represent Panamá in Miss Universe and Miss International. The Miss Panama brand started in 1952, when the Panamanian Institute of Tourism received an invitation from Miss Universe to send a representative. In 1975, the Señorita Panamá name was used for the first time, reverting to Miss Panama in 1976. Reinas de Costa Rica is a national beauty pageant in Costa Rica that selects representatives to the Miss World and Miss International pageant. After the Miss Costa Rica pageant stopped sending contestants to the Miss World and Miss International pageants in 2006, the franchise was acquired by the Reinas de Costa Rica organization presided by Alan Aleman. However, after two years of absence in the Miss World pageant in 2017-2018, the organization eventually lost the franchise to the newly established contest, Concurso Nacional de Belleza de Costa Rica in 2019. The organization also lost the Miss Earth franchise to Jose Vásconez in 2016.

The Miss Diva is a part of Femina Miss India pageant that primarily selects India's representatives to Miss Universe, one of the Big Four major international beauty pageants. The pageant also sends representative to Miss Supranational.

The Miss Cambodia is a national Beauty pageant in Cambodia which also selects other winners to participate in big beauty pageants like Miss Universe, Miss International, and Miss Earth. The Miss Cambodia Organization also selects the other winners to participate in small pageants like Miss Asia Pacific International, and Miss Tourism International.

Miss Earth India or Miss India Earth is a title given to the Indian woman who represents India at Miss Earth, an annual, international beauty pageant promoting environmental awareness. The current national pageant which chooses the Indian representative for Miss Earth is Miss Divine Beauty of India.

The Miss Maurice is a national Beauty pageant in Mauritius under Éstrella Mauritius Organization. The pageant was founded in 2016, where the winners were sent to Miss Universe.

Femina Miss India 2019 was the 56th edition of the Femina Miss India beauty pageant. It was held at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Indoor Stadium, Mumbai on June 15, 2019, and was hosted by Karan Johar, Manish Paul and Miss World 2017, Manushi Chhillar. At the end of the event, Anukreethy Vas of Tamil Nadu crowned Suman Rao of Rajasthan as her successor. She represented India at Miss World 2019 in London and placed 2nd Runner Up.
