Miss Universe Bangladesh is a national beauty pageant that selects Bangladesh's representative in the Miss Universe pageant.
Reigning Miss Universe Bangladesh is Tangia Zaman Methila, who was crowned by the outgoing titleholder Shirin Akter Shila.
Miss Universe Bangladesh launched officially on 7 September 2019. [1] [2] [3] The crown of this competition was unveiled on 15 October 2019. The 2nd edition was held on March 20 2021. The winner, Tangia Zaman Methila, was supposed to represent the country at Miss Universe 2020 [4] [5] [6] but due to travel restrictions, she was forced to withdraw. Shirin Akter Shila became the first winner of this competition in 2019. [7]
