Miss Puerto Rico is a national title bestowed on the women representing Puerto Rico in international beauty pageants. Currently, Miss Universe Puerto Rico selects the representative for Miss Universe, Miss World Puerto Rico for Miss World, Miss Earth Puerto Rico for Miss Earth and Miss Global, Nuestra Belleza Puerto Rico(Our Beauty Puerto Rico) for Miss International, Miss Supranational, and Miss Grand International, and Miss Intercontinental Puerto Rico for Miss Intercontinental. Since 2023, Puerto Rico is the only nation to have won all eight major international beauty pageants. Not including Miss Intercontinental and Miss Global, Puerto Rico is, since 2019, the first and currently the only country to have won the other six pageants, which are considered the Grand Slam, as they are the most important. Within these, Puerto Rico is one of only five countries to have won the Big Four pageants. With 17 major titles won as of 2023, Puerto Rico is recognized as a powerhouse in the industry of beauty pageants, alongside Venezuela, Philippines, United States, and India.

Miss India or Femina Miss India is a national beauty pageant in India that annually selects representatives to compete in Miss World, one of the Big Four major international beauty pageants. It is organised by Femina, a women's magazine published by The Times Group.
Miss United Kingdom is a title held by the highest-ranked contestant from the UK in the Miss World pageant. The winner sometimes competes at Miss International and Miss Supranational the following year under the Britain, England or United Kingdom banner. From 1958 to 1999, Miss United Kingdom was a national beauty pageant held to choose a representative for the Miss World Pageant. In 1999, Scotland and Wales had their own contestants at Miss World, and in 2000, England and Northern Ireland sent their own representatives. Miss South Africa is a national beauty pageant in South Africa that selects South African representatives to compete in one of the Big Four international beauty pageants Miss Universe, and also selects another representative to participate in Sub-major international pageant Miss Supranational. The Miss South Africa organisation resorted to a contemporary format in selecting representatives which was inaugurated in 2018. Following their newer method, both a Miss World South Africa and a Miss Universe South Africa were selected as representatives. Srishti Rana is an Indian model and beauty pageant titleholder. She participated in Miss Diva - Miss Universe India 2013 and won the title of Miss India Asia Pacific 2013. She went on to represent India at Miss Asia Pacific World 2013 in October 2013, which took place in Seoul, Korea. She emerged as the winner of the Miss Asia Pacific World title, beating 51 other contestants from different countries .The title sounds similar to the coveted Miss Asia Pacific International title won by Dia Mirza in 2000.

Miss Teen Diva 2020 was the inaugural edition of Miss Teen Diva beauty pageant. It was held on January 25, 2021 at Kingdom of Dreams in Gurugram, India. The event was hosted by Simran Ahuja. At the conclusion of the event, Rashi Parasrampuria was crowned Miss Teen India International 2020 by outgoing titleholder, Aayushi Dholakia from Gujarat. At the same event, Wachi Pareek was crowned Miss Teen India Universe 2020, Aishwarya Vinu was crowned Miss Teen India Earth 2020 and Sayali Ayre was crowned Miss Teen India Multinational 2020. Along with that, two runners-up, Pranjal Priya and Sejal Kumar.

Miss Teen International is a beauty pageant held for teenagers across the world annually. The competition is for teenage girls aged between 14 and 19. The 2023 Edition was held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia in June 2023, where Barbara Parraga from Venezuela was crowned as Miss Teen International 2023.
