Miss Colombia is the national beauty pageant organization in Colombia.
The Miss Sweden or Miss Universe Sweden, is the title of the Swedish beauty pageant, qualifying delegates to the Miss Universe competition. In 2009 the pageant renamed as Miss Universe Sweden and the first national final was held on 6 June 2009, the National Day of Sweden. Among the judges were Yvonne Ryding, Miss Universe 1984. The pageant is a late branch of the Miss Sweden contest. The director of the contest is Joakim Granberg of the Starworld Entertainment Corporation.

The Miss South Africa organisation resorted to a contemporary format in selecting representatives which was inaugurated in 2018. From 2021 onwards, the winner of Miss South Africa will be competing in Miss Universe, and Miss Supranational. The current Miss South Africa 2024 is Mia le Roux. On May 11, 2023, the Miss South Africa Organisation has lost its license as a Miss World licensee holder to Carol Bouwer Productions, which has taken over the license of Miss World South Africa pageant.
The Miss Universe Albania is a national Beauty pageant in Albania. The pageant was founded as Miss Albania in 2002, until rebranding as Miss Universe Albania in 2006.
The Miss Universe Slovenia is a national beauty pageant that selected Slovenia's representative to the Miss Universe pageant.

Miss World 2016, the 66th edition of the Miss World pageant, was held on 18 December 2016, at the MGM National Harbor, Oxon Hill, Maryland, United States. 117 contestants from all over the world competed for the crown. Mireia Lalaguna of Spain crowned her successor Stephanie Del Valle of Puerto Rico at the end of the event. It was the second time that the Miss World pageant held in the United States. It was the second time where Puerto Rico won Miss World, after Wilnelia Merced in 1975.
Alice Rowland Musukwa is a Zambian businesswoman, model, and beauty pageant titleholder. In 2010, she won the Miss Universe Zambia competition and was the country's representative at the Miss Universe the same year. She is also the current pageant national director of Miss Universe Zambia and Miss Teen Zambia. She is also the first ever black model to have walked Pakistan fashion week.
Miss Universe Mongolia is a beauty competition annually held in Ulaanbaatar since 2018, main purpose is to select Mongolian representative for Miss Universe. The winner of the 1st edition in 2018 was Dolgion Delgerjav. The winner of the 2nd edition in 2019 was Gunzaya Bat-Erdene. The winner of the third edition in 2023 was Nominzul Zandangiin.
