The 2003 Missouri Tigers baseball team represented the University of Missouri in the 2003 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Tigers played their home games at Taylor Stadium. The team was coached by Tim Jamieson in his 9th season at Missouri.

For the first time since 1996, the Tigers advanced to the NCAA tournament, where they were eliminated by Mississippi State in the Starkville Regional.

The 2006 Missouri Tigers baseball team represented the University of Missouri in the 2006 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Tigers played their home games at Taylor Stadium. The team was coached by Tim Jamieson in his 12th season at Missouri.

After losing their opening game, the Tigers came back to win the Pepperdine Regional, becoming the first #4 seed ever to win a Regional. [9] The Tigers were eliminated by Cal State Fullerton in the Fullerton Super Regional. [10]

The 2007 Missouri Tigers baseball team represented the University of Missouri in the 2007 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Tigers played their home games at Taylor Stadium. The team was coached by Tim Jamieson in his 13th season at Missouri.

The Tigers finished second in the Big 12 and earned a #1 seed and hosted an NCAA Regional, where the Tigers were eliminated by Louisville.

The team is a member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, which is part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's Division I. The team plays its home games at James J. McCann Baseball Field in Poughkeepsie, New York. Baseball was added to the Marist Athletic Department in the fall of 1990 and their inaugural season was 1991. The Red Foxes are coached by Lance Ratchford.

Tim Jamieson is an American baseball coach and former catcher, who is the pitching coach for the Missouri Tigers. He played college baseball at New Orleans from 1978 to 1981. He then served as the head coach of the Missouri Tigers (1995–2016). The second winningest coach in school history, Jamieson coached in 3 conferences, and took his teams to 9 NCAA Regionals, winning two conference championships in the process.

Aaron J. Senne is a retired professional baseball player who was part of the Miami Marlins organization from 2010 to 2013. He was the Marlins' 10th-round pick in the 2010 Major League Baseball draft.

The Missouri Tigers softball team represents the University of Missouri in NCAA Division I college softball. The team is coached by head coach Larissa Anderson, who was hired on May 26, 2018.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">2009 Texas Longhorns baseball team</span> American college baseball season

The 2009 Texas Longhorns baseball team represented the University of Texas at Austin in the 2009 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Longhorns played their home games at UFCU Disch–Falk Field. Texas finished the regular season as the #1 team in the Big 12 Conference and the #5 team nationally. The Longhorns won the 2009 Big 12 Conference baseball tournament to earn an automatic bid to the 2009 NCAA Division I baseball tournament, defeating the Missouri Tigers 12–7 in the final. Texas was selected as the #1 seed in the Austin super regional, and as the #1 National Seed overall. Texas went 5–1 in the Regionals, with their one loss coming to TCU in the super regional. They defeated the Horned Frogs in the regional final to advance to the College World Series, marking their 32nd appearance all-time, and first since 2005.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Monte Lee</span> American college baseball coach (born 1977)

Monte Wesley Lee is an American baseball coach, who is the associate head coach/hitting coach for the South Carolina Gamecocks. He played college baseball for the Charleston Cougars from 1996 to 1999. He then served as the head coach of the College of Charleston Cougars (2009–2015). Under Lee, the Cougars reached four NCAA tournaments, including one NCAA Super Regional. As the head coach of the Clemson Tigers (2016–2022), his teams made four consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances and was nationally ranked in the top 25 in total wins (2016-2022). In addition, the Tigers won the ACC Conference Championship (2016) and regular season title (2018).

Amid an otherwise undistinguished decade, the Missouri Tigers baseball team won the Big 12 Conference tournament in 2012. The team moved from the Big 12 Conference to the Eastern division of the Southeastern Conference in 2013. The Tigers struggled the first two seasons after the change of Conference, then improved to a limited extent. As of 2018 their best performance during the decade in a Conference league was in 2015 and their best overall performance was in 2018. Tim Jamieson retired as head coach in 2016 after 22 years, to be replaced by Steve Bieser.

The 2015 TCU Horned Frogs baseball team represented Texas Christian University during the 2015 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Horned Frogs played their home games at Lupton Stadium as a member of the Big 12 Conference. They were led by head coach Jim Schlossnagle, in his 12th year at TCU.

The 2015 LSU Tigers baseball team represent Louisiana State University during the 2015 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Tigers play their home games at Alex Box Stadium as a member of the Southeastern Conference. They are led by head coach Paul Mainieri, in his 9th season at LSU.

The 2018 NCAA Division I Baseball season, play of college baseball in the United States organized by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) at the Division I level, began in February 2018. The season progressed through the regular season, many conference tournaments and championship series, and concluded with the 2018 NCAA Division I baseball tournament and 2018 College World Series. The College World Series, consisting of the eight remaining teams in the NCAA tournament and held annually in Omaha, Nebraska, at TD Ameritrade Park Omaha, ended on June 28, 2018.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Tony Vitello</span> American baseball coach (born 1978)

Anthony Gregory "Tony" Vitello is an American college baseball head coach and former infielder. Vitello has been the head coach of the Tennessee Volunteers baseball team since June 7, 2017. Since taking over as head coach, Vitello has led Tennessee back to national prominence and has helped establish Tennessee baseball as an SEC and national power. Vitello's teams have made five NCAA regionals, four NCAA super regionals (2021–2024), and three College World Series appearances, winning the College World Series National Championship in 2024 over Texas A&M for the Volunteers’ first-ever national title.
