The Kansas City Chiefs, a team in the National Football League (NFL), have announced plans to build a new domed stadium planned for construction in Kansas City, Kansas, United States. The stadium will serve as the home venue for the team and host other sports and public events. [1] [2] The stadium was announced in December 2025 and will cost $3 billion. [3] [4]
It will be the team's third stadium to be located in the Kansas City metro area, following Municipal Stadium (1963–1971) and Arrowhead Stadium (1972–present). It will be the franchise's first in the state of Kansas.
