The Pan American Weightlifting Championships is the continental weightlifting championships for nations from North America, Central America, South America and the Caribbean organised by Pan American Weightlifting Federation (PAWF). [1] [2]

The African Weightlifting Championships is an event organised by Weightlifting Federation of Africa (WFA).

Brayan Santiago Rodallegas Carvajal is a Colombian weightlifter, Pan American Champion and Pan American Games Champion competing in the 77 kg and 85 kg categories until 2018 and 89 kg and 81 kg starting in 2018 after the International Weightlifting Federation reorganized the categories.

The Oceania Weightlifting Championships is the continental weightlifting championships for Oceanian nations, organised by the Oceania Weightlifting Federation (OWF). Since 1993, the event also incorporates the South Pacific Weightlifting Championships.

Keydomar Giovanni Vallenilla Sánchez is a Venezuelan weightlifter. In 2021, he won the silver medal in the men's 96 kg event at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan. He won the gold medal in the men's 89 kg event at the 2022 World Weightlifting Championships held in Bogotá, Colombia.

Lesman Paredes Montano is a Colombian born Bahraini weightlifter who won a Gold medal at the 2021 World Championships. He represents Bahrain since July 2022. He also won the gold medal in the men's 96 kg event at the 2022 World Weightlifting Championships held in Bogotá, Colombia.

Hayley Marie Reichardt is an American weightlifter. She is a four-time medalist, including two gold medals, at the Pan American Weightlifting Championships.
