The IWF Junior World Championships is organised by the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF). [1] [2] The first competition was held in 1975. [3]

She is a four-time medalist, including three gold medals, at the European Weightlifting Championships. In 2021, Konotop represented Ukraine at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.
