Perlis Football Association (Malay: Persatuan Bola Sepak Perlis) is an association football club that represents the state of Perlis.
Malay is a major language of the Austronesian family spoken in Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. A language of the Malays, it is spoken by 290 million people across the Strait of Malacca, including the coasts of the Malay Peninsula of Malaysia and the eastern coast of Sumatra in Indonesia and has been established as a native language of part of western coastal Sarawak and West Kalimantan in Borneo. It is also used as a trading language in the southern Philippines, including the southern parts of the Zamboanga Peninsula, the Sulu Archipelago and the southern predominantly Muslim-inhabited municipalities of Bataraza and Balabac in Palawan.

Perlis, also known by its honorific title Perlis Indera Kayangan, is the smallest state in Malaysia. It lies at the northern part of the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia and has the Satun and Songkhla Provinces of Thailand on its northern border. It is bordered by the state of Kedah to the south. It was called Palit by the Siamese when it was under their influence. Perlis had a population of 227,025 as of 2010.

Their home is the 20,000-seat Tuanku Syed Putra stadium and it was built in 1995 after replacing Dato Sheikh Ahmad Stadium. Perlis 's regular kit colours are yellow shirt and blue shorts, representing the state colours.

Administered by the Football Malaysia Limited Liability Partnership (FMLLP), now known as the Malaysia Football League (MFL), Malaysia Super League is contested by 12 teams, with the two lowest-placed teams relegated to the Malaysia Premier League division and replaced by the top two teams in that division.
The 2006 AFC Cup was the 3rd edition of the AFC Cup. Al-Faisaly from Jordan became the first side to win the competition two years in a row.

They always make the match of Perlis become rousing and smart with their songs and chants. At the stadium, people can easily recognized them based on their main outfit which is black with yellow and blue. They always stand at a same place at stadium which usually known as . They are still lack of numbers, so they strongly encourage any Perlis supporters to join them.
