No. | Title | Length |
---|---|---|
1. | "Poland" | 22:36 |
2. | "Tangent" | 19:55 |
3. | "Barbakane" | 18:04 |
4. | "Horizon" | 21:10 |
"Tangent" contains a hidden track at the end, an encore titled "Rare Bird", which is not listed on the sleeve of any of the original 1984 issues. On some CD reissues, it is separated and listed as its own track.
The four tracks consist of 3-4 distinct sections each. The third of the four sections of "Tangent" is titled "Polish Dance" (which is notably similar to the composition "Choronzon" from Exit , played backwards). The second section of "Barbakane" is titled "Warsaw in the Sun", which was remixed and released as a single, with "Polish Dance" unaltered on the b-side.
"Barbakane" was shortened to 13:52 on most CD reissues, in order to fit the 80-minute time restraint of the CD, and to avoid having to issue a double disc version.
Out of twelve CD releases, only three issues have the complete album:
All other issues have the truncated version of "Barbakane". Some releases remove "Tangent" altogether.
It was also available as a limited edition picture disc which feature the cover photos directly on the vinyl.
The following equipment were used on this live recording: [1]

Tangerine Dream is a German electronic music band founded in 1967 by Edgar Froese. The group has seen many personnel changes over the years, with Froese the only constant member until his death in January 2015. The best-known lineup of the group was its mid-1970s trio of Froese, Christopher Franke, and Peter Baumann. In 1979, Johannes Schmoelling replaced Baumann until his own departure in 1985. This lineup was notable for composing many movie soundtracks. Since Froese's death in 2015, the group has been under the leadership of Thorsten Quaeschning. Quaeschning is Froese's chosen successor and is currently the longest-serving band member, having joined in 2005. Quaeschning is currently joined by violinist Hoshiko Yamane who joined in 2011 and Paul Frick who joined in 2020. Prior to this Quaeschning and Yamane performed with Ulrich Schnauss from 2014 to 2020. Schnauss only played two shows with Froese in November 2014 before Froese's passing.

Sequential is an American synthesizer company founded in 1974 as Sequential Circuits by Dave Smith. The Jupiter-8, or JP-8, is an eight-voice polyphonic analog subtractive synthesizer introduced by Roland Corporation in early 1981.

In 1999, Tangerine Dream's own record label sold 300 copies of the Millennium Booster album set that included The Keep with a different cover.
Logos Live is the eighteenth major release and fourth live album by Tangerine Dream. It was released in December 1982. It is a live album from the concert at the Dominion Theatre in London, England. The voice architecture is almost identical to the Jupiter-6 synthesizer. The service manual states that "The module board of MKS-80 features the following in addition to that of JP-6, its brother module. 1) HPF. 2) Low boost circuit in the 2nd VCA. 3) DC supply current boost circuit (IC50)."
