Quezon's 1st congressional district is one of the four congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Quezon, formerly Tayabas. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. [3] The district consists of the city of Tayabas and adjacent municipalities of Burdeos, General Nakar, Infanta, Jomalig, Lucban, Mauban, Pagbilao, Panukulan, Patnanungan, Polillo, Real and Sampaloc. It also included the municipalities of Candelaria, Dolores, Lucena, San Antonio, Sariaya, and Tiaong, and the then-sub-province of Aurora until 1972 [4] [5] [6] and the municipality of Laguimanoc (now Padre Burgos) from 1917 to 1922. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Wilfrido Mark M. Enverga of the Nationalist People's Coalition (NPC). [7]

Primarily a residential area, it is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Patrick Michael Vargas of the Lakas–CMD (Lakas).

Aurora's at-large congressional district is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Aurora. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987 and earlier in the Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986. Aurora first elected a single representative provincewide at-large for the Regular Batasang Pambansa following its creation as a regular province separate from Quezon in 1978 and the subsequent 1984 Philippine constitutional plebiscite that amended the 1973 constitution and abolished the regional at-large assembly districts. Before 1978, the province was represented in the national legislatures as part of Quezon's 1st and at-large congressional districts. The district was re-created on February 2, 1987 following the ratification of the 1987 constitution that restored the House of Representatives. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Rommel T. Angara of the Laban ng Demokratikong Pilipino (LDP).

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Isabela's 2nd congressional district</span> Legislative district of the Philippines

Isabela's 2nd congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Isabela. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district consists of the east-central municipalities of Benito Soliven, Gamu, Naguilian, Palanan, Reina Mercedes and San Mariano. It also consisted of the western municipalities of Aurora, Burgos, Mallig, Quezon, Quirino, Roxas, and San Manuel until the 2019 redistricting that incorporated Palanan and Reina Mercedes into the district. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Ed Christopher S. Go of Lakas–CMD.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Palawan's 2nd congressional district</span> Legislative district of the Philippines

Palawan's 2nd congressional district is one of the three congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Palawan. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district encompasses the southern portion of Palawan Island including the Balabac Island group. It consists of the municipalities of Balabac, Bataraza, Brooke's Point, Narra, Quezon, Rizal and Sofronio Española. Prior to redistricting in 2012, the district also included the capital city Puerto Princesa and the municipality of Aborlan. The district is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Jose C. Alvarez of the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino (PDP).
