Roberts is a village in Ford County, Illinois, United States. The population was 345 at the 2020 census.
Roberts was named for the first permanent settlers in the area, Jesse and Livingston Roberts. [3]

As of the 2020 census [6] there were 345 people, 189 households, and 121 families residing in the village. The population density was 717.26 inhabitants per square mile (276.94/km2). There were 182 housing units at an average density of 378.38 per square mile (146.09/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 89.57% White, 0.58% African American, 0.58% Native American, 0.29% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 2.90% from other races, and 6.09% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 7.25% of the population.
There were 189 households, out of which 33.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 43.39% were married couples living together, 13.76% had a female householder with no husband present, and 35.98% were non-families. 31.75% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.05% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.07 and the average family size was 2.49.
