Karkkila is a town and a municipality of Finland.
Lordi is a Finnish hard rock and heavy metal band. Formed in 1992 by the band's lead singer, songwriter and costume maker Mr Lordi, Lordi are known for wearing monster masks and using horror elements with pyrotechnics during concerts and music videos. The band rose to fame in 2002 with their hit single "Would You Love a Monsterman?", and won the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 with their song "Hard Rock Hallelujah".
Thunderstone is a power metal band from Helsinki, Finland. The band was formed in 2000 by Nino Laurenne, and the line-up became complete in the following year. After the release of the band's self-titled debut album, Thunderstone, the band toured Europe supporting Stratovarius and Symphony X. Thunderstone released its first four albums through Nuclear Blast; their album Dirt Metal was released in October 2009 under Sony Music label.
Toni Kristian "Tony" Kakko is a Finnish musician, composer and vocalist. He is known as the vocalist, primary songwriter, and creative lead of the band Sonata Arctica since 1996.

It represented Finland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2006, held in Athens, resulting in the country's only ever victory in the contest. It reached the No. 1 spot in Finland and reached the top 10 in eight other European countries. In the United Kingdom, the song peaked at No. 25.
The Arockalypse is the third studio album by Finnish rock band Lordi. It includes the hit single "Hard Rock Hallelujah", which won the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 for Finland. The album has sold triple platinum in Finland and gold in Sweden. Although the album cover shows OX, it was Kalma who played bass guitar on the album.

Although the bass guitarist Kalma appears on the cover artwork, all bass guitars were played by the former bass guitarist Magnum, who left after the recording and before the release of the album. The album is dedicated to Magnum.

Naked Lunch is a band from Klagenfurt, Carinthia, Austria, founded in 1991. They started out as an alternative rock band, mixing hard rock guitars and fragile vocals. In the nineties, they connected with the German band The Notwist, in Weilheim, with whom they still have ties; their producer, Olaf Opal, is also working for The Notwist.

Deadache is the fourth studio album by Finnish rock band Lordi, released in Finland on 29 October 2008. For the release of the album the band renewed their monster outfits. Deadache was released during the same week in about thirty countries. The official album release party was held at the Tavastia Club in Helsinki on 31 October 2008 (Hallowe'en).
Villieläin are a symphonic / power metal band from Tampere, Finland. They formed in 2006 and released a demo the same year. On August 19, 2009 they released their first studio album named Julma Satu, and went on indefinite hiatus soon afterwards.

Babez for Breakfast is the fifth studio album by Finnish rock band Lordi, released on 10 September 2010. As is traditional for the band, their costumes were renewed for the release of this album. The album was produced by Michael Wagener. It was the final album to feature both Kita and Awa before their departure from the band.
Pertti Kurikan Nimipäivät was a Finnish punk rock band, formed in 2009 in a charity workshop for adults with developmental disabilities. They are the main focus of the 2012 Finnish documentary film The Punk Syndrome. In 2015, they qualified for the finals of Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu, which they later won; they represented Finland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 but got knocked out in the semi-final. The group disbanded in December 2016 when guitarist Pertti Kurikka turned 60 years old and retired from playing punk rock.
Jani Kristian "Jay" Hölli is a Finnish Musician from Tampere. He has played keyboards in several Finnish Power and Progressive Metal bands. These have included, Snakegod, Dingo, Soulrelic, Villieläin, Technical Justice and Leewings. He is the current keyboard player in the Finnish multi genre band, Waltari.
Sexorcism is the ninth studio album by the Finnish rock band Lordi. It was released on 25 May 2018 via AFM Records. The album was described in a press release as possibly their most controversial record to date, and a "full-on and uncensored shot of Lordi brand hard rock and roll".
Silver Dust is a Swiss rock band formed in 2013 in Porrentruy by the singer and guitarist Lord Campbell. He is especially known under his real name, Christian "Kiki" Crétin, as former professional ice hockey goaltender. After having performed on various stages in Switzerland, including the Montreux Jazz Festival, Silver Dust gained popularity throughout Europe thanks to their tours with the heavy metal Finnish bands Lordi and Battle Beast (2017).
