Sirk'i (Aymara for wart, [2] also spelled Serkhe) is a 4,962-metre-high (16,280 ft) mountain in the Andes of Bolivia east of Poopó Lake. It is located in the Oruro Department, Sebastián Pagador Province, which is identical to the Santiago de Huari Municipality. Sirk'i lies northwest of Chullpiri and east of Wila Sirka.

Aymara language native language in South America

Aymara is an Aymaran language spoken by the Aymara people of the Andes. It is one of only a handful of Native American languages with over one million speakers. Aymara, along with Spanish, is one of the official languages of Bolivia and parts of Peru. It is also spoken, to a much lesser extent, by some communities in northern Chile, where it is a recognized minority language.

The Andes or Andean Mountains are the longest continental mountain range in the world, forming a continuous highland along the western edge of South America. This range is about 7,000 km (4,300 mi) long, about 200 to 700 km wide, and of an average height of about 4,000 m (13,000 ft). The Andes extend from north to south through seven South American countries: Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile and Argentina.

Bolivia, officially the Plurinational State of Bolivia is a landlocked country located in western-central South America. The capital is Sucre while the seat of government and financial center is located in La Paz. The largest city and principal industrial center is Santa Cruz de la Sierra, located on the Llanos Orientales a mostly flat region in the east of Bolivia.

The Jach'a Qala River ("big stone", also spelled Jachcha Khala) originates northwest of the mountain. It flows to the south. [1] [3]

It originates near Ch'iyar Jaqhi northeast of Jatun Wila Qullu and flows in a north-eastern direction. South of Wila Qullu it meets the T'ula Pallqa River whose source, the Jach'a Juqhu River, is considered the origin of the Pillku Mayu.

The river Qullpa Jawira originates near Ch'iyar Jaqhi.

Sirki (Potosí)

Sirk'i is a 5,108-metre-high (16,759 ft) mountain in the Andes of Bolivia. It is situated in the Potosí Department, Antonio Quijarro Province, Tomave Municipality, about 14 km north of the Jatun Mundo Quri Warani volcano. Sirk'i lies southwest of Kunturiri Mayqu and west of Ch'iyar Jaqhi.

Tula Qullu mountain in Bolivia

T'ula Qullu or Suri Qullu is a 4,842-metre-high (15,886 ft) mountain in the Andes of Bolivia. It is situated in the La Paz Department, José Manuel Pando Province, Catacora Municipality, T'ula Qullu Canton. T'ula Qullu lies near the border to Peru, between the Peruvian mountain Chila 5,184 m (17,008 ft) in the west and Sinijawi 5,068 m (16,627 ft) in the east, northwest of the Sirk'i volcano.

Wari Warini is a mountain in the Bolivian Andes, about 4,832 m (15,853 ft) high. It is situated in the Cochabamba Department, Quillacollo Province, Quillacollo Municipality, east of the Ipilla Mayu.

Jathi Qullu

Jathi Qullu is a mountain in the Cordillera Real in the Bolivian Andes, about 5,421 metres (17,785 ft) high. It is situated in the Yanacachi Municipality, north-east of the city of La Paz. Jathi Qullu lies south of the mountain Sirk'i Qullu, north-west of Sura Qullu, east of Qutapata and north of Q'asiri.

Pirqata

Pirqata is a mountain in the Cordillera Real in the Bolivian Andes. It is situated in the La Paz Department, Sud Yungas Province, Yanacachi Municipality. Pirqata lies north-east of the mountains Jathi Qullu and Sura Qullu and east of Sirk'i Qullu.

Pirqa Pata

Pirqa Pata is a mountain in the Bolivian Andes which reaches a height of approxilamtely 4,060 m (13,320 ft). It is situated in the La Paz Department, Sud Yungas Province, Yanacachi Municipality. Pirqa Pata lies east of the main range of the Cordillera Real, north of Mururata and southeast of Sirk'i Qullu and Pirqata.

Jampaturi

Jamp'aturi is a 4,871-metre-high (15,981 ft) mountain in the Cordillera Real in the Andes of Bolivia. It is located in the La Paz Department, Pedro Domingo Murillo Province, La Paz Municipality, north-east of the city of La Paz. The mountains Mik'aya and Wak'ani are situated south-east of Jamp'aturi. The river Unduavi originates north-west of the mountain.

Wila Sirka (Oruro)

Wila Sirka is a 4,906-metre-high (16,096 ft) mountain in the Andes of Bolivia. It is located in the Oruro Department, Sebastián Pagador Province, which is identical to the Santiago de Huari Municipality. Wila Sirka lies between the mountains Azanaques in the west and Sirk'i in the east.

Qutapata (Murillo)

Qutapata is a 5,288-metre-high (17,349 ft) mountain in the Cordillera Real in the Bolivian Andes. It is situated in the La Paz Department, Murillo Province, La Paz Municipality, near the border with the Sud Yungas Province, Yanacachi Municipality. Qutapata lies south-west of the mountain Sirk'i Qullu, west of the mountain Jathi Qullu and south of the lake Sirk'i Quta.

Chullpiri

Chullpiri is a 5,018-metre-high (16,463 ft) mountain in the Andes of Bolivia east of Poopó Lake. It is located in the Oruro Department, Sebastián Pagador Province, which is identical to the Santiago de Huari Municipality. Chullpiri lies southeast of Wila Sirka and Sirk'i and northeast of Ch'alla Phujru. It is situated south of the Anta Qullu valley.

Challa Phujru

Ch'alla Phujru is a 4,904-metre-high (16,089 ft) mountain in the Andes of Bolivia east of Poopó Lake. It is located in the Oruro Department, Sebastián Pagador Province, which is identical to the Santiago de Huari Municipality. Ch'alla Phujru lies south-west of the mountain Chullpiri, south of the Anta Qullu valley.

Chullpa is a 4,307-metre-high (14,131 ft) mountain in the Andes of Bolivia east of Poopó Lake. It is located in the Oruro Department, Sebastián Pagador Province, which is identical to the Santiago de Huari Municipality. Chullpa lies north-west of the mountain Chullpani and south-east of the mountains Wari Pukyu (Huari Pukio, Huari Pujyo), and Chullpa Qullu (Chullpa Kkollu). It is situated near the Parya River.

Warawara is a lake in Bolivia. It is situated in the Oruro Department, Sebastián Pagador Province, which is identical to the Santiago de Huari Municipality. The river Jach'uyu originates at the lake. It flows to the north-east.

Chiyar Jaqhi (La Paz)

Ch'iyar Jaqhi is a mountain in the Andes of Bolivia, about 4,720 metres (15,486 ft) high. It is situated in the La Paz Department, José Manuel Pando Province, Catacora Municipality. Ch'iyar Jaqhi lies south-east of the mountains Laram Q'awa, Chuqiwa Qullu (Chuquivakkollu), Wila Qullu and Apachita and north-west of the Sirk'i volcano. It is situated at one of the affluents of the Ch'allipiña River (Challipiña).

Jach'a Sirk'i is a mountain in the Andes of Peru, about 4,800 m (15,700 ft) high. It is located in the Cusco Region, Canchis Province, Checacupe District. Jach'a Sirk'i lies northwest of Wari Sallani.

Jach'a Khuchi is a 4,464-metre-high (14,646 ft) mountain in the Bolivian Andes. It is located in the Cochabamba Department, in the east of the Bolívar Province. Jach'a Khuchi lies northwest of Sirk'i.

Jaqhi Qala

Jaqhi Qala is a mountain in the Andes of Bolivia which reaches a height of approximately 5,000 m (16,000 ft). It is located in the Oruro Department, at the border of the Challapata Province, Challapata Municipality, and the Sebastián Pagador Province which is identical to the Santiago de Huari Municipality. Jaqhi Qala lies southwest of Phullu Qiri, northwest of Sirk'i and south of Chumpiri. The Jach'a Qala River originates at the mountain. It flows to the south.
