Sørkapp Land is the land area south of Hornsund, at the southern part of Spitsbergen, Svalbard. [1] Two glaciers, Hornbreen and Hambergbreen, divide Sørkapp Land from Torell Land. [2] [3]

Sørkapp Land is included in the Sør-Spitsbergen National Park.

Stormbukta is a bay in Sørkapp Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It is located at the western shore of Spitsbergen, extending from Olsokneset northwards to Bjørnbeinflya. The bay is named after Arctic explorer Erik Storm. The glaciers Olsokbreen and Sørkappfonna debouch into the bay.

Isbukta is a bay in Sørkapp Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It is located at the eastern shore of Spitsbergen, extending between Morenetangen and Nordre Randberget. The glacier Vasil'evbreen debouches into the bay from north, and Sørkappfonna debouches into the bay from the south.

Bjørnbeinflya is a coastal plain in Sørkapp Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It is located at the southwestern shore of Spitsbergen, northwest of the bay Stormbukta, between Olsokflya and Vitkovskijbreen. The headland Fisneset separates Bjørnbeinflya from Olsokflya. Further northwest along the shore is the plain Tørrflya.

Tørrflya is a coastal plain in Sørkapp Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It has a length of about six kilometers, and is located at the western shore of Spitsbergen, between the rivers of Bungeelva and Vinda. The lake Bungevatnet is located between the plain and moraine deposits from Bungebreen.

Olsokbreen is a glacier in Sørkapp Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard, in northern Norway. It has a length of about seventeen kilometers, and debouches into the bay Stormbukta at the western shore of Spitsbergen. The glacier front is about five kilometer long. Olsokbreen is a southern branch of the glacier Mefonna, which also has the northern branch Samarinbreen. Tributary glaciers to Olsokbreen are Kvithettbreen and Valettebreen, both coming from the east, from or between the mountains of Snøkrossen, Gråtinden, Kvithetta, Haitanna and Guilbaudtoppen.

Vasil'evbreen is a glacier in Sørkapp Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It has an extension of about twenty kilometers, with several tributary glaciers. It is named after Russian astronomer Alexandr Semenovich Vasil'ev. The glacier has a wide front facing towards the eastern shore of Spitsbergen, including the bay of Isbukta. The southern part of Vasil'evbreen is called Randbreen, located north of Istoppane and Dumskolten, and south of Søre Randberget.

Morenetangen is a headland in Sørkapp Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It is located at the northern side of the bay of Isbukta, at the eastern coast of Spitsbergen.

Haitanna is a mountain in Sørkapp Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It has a height of 932 m.a.s.l., and is located between the glaciers Vasil'evbreen and Olsokbreen. The peak has a distinctive shape, and is visible from the sea.

Petersbreen is a glacier in Sørkapp Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It has a length of about three kilometers, and is located at the western side of the ridge Traunkammen. The glacier is named after Austrian geologist Karl Ferdinand Peters.

Brepollen is a bay in Sørkapp Land and Torell Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It is located at the inner part of Hornsund, surrounded by the glaciers Mendeleevbreen, Svalisbreen, Hornbreen and Storbreen.

Kistefjellet is a mountain in Sørkapp Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It has a height of 665 m.a.s.l., and is the southernmost mountain of Spitsbergen. Nearby mountains are St. Nikolausfjellet to the north, separated from Kistefjellet by Lyngebreen, and Keilhaufjellet to the northeast, separated by the glacier Mathiasbreen.

Keilhaubreen is a glacier in Sørkapp Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It has a length of about five kilometers and is located north of Keilhaufjellet, flowing from Sørkappfonna towards the eastern coast of Spitsbergen. The glacier is named after Norwegian geologist Baltazar Mathias Keilhau. To the south of the glacier is the bay Austerbogen.

Olsokneset is a headland in Sørkapp Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It is located at the western shore of Spitsbergen, at the southern front of Olsokbreen. The bay of Stormbukta extends from Olsokneset northwards to Bjørnbeinflya.

Svalisbreen is a glacier in Sørkapp Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It has a length of about 12.5 kilometers, extending from the mountain pass of Svanhildpasset to Hornbreen, towards the bay of Brepollen, the inner part of Hornsund.

Sykorabreen is a glacier in Sørkapp Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard. It has a length of about seven kilometers, and extends northwards from Hedgehogfonna to Hambergbreen. The glacier is named after Russian scientist J. Sykora, who participated with the Swedish-Russian Arc-of-Meridian Expedition 1899–1900.
