[10] Writing for Dork , Martyn Young described the album as "immaculately crafted with his ear for a hook sharper than ever." [11] Resident Advisor 's Shaad D'Souza called the album "another uncomplicated, largely forgettable LP that feels trapped in a nostalgia loop."
