The Voice UK is a British television music competition to find new singing talent. The eleventh series premiered on 3 September 2022 on ITV. will.i.am, Anne-Marie, Sir Tom Jones and Olly Murs returned as coaches, whilst Emma Willis returned as presenter. [1]
On 29 October 2022, Anthonia Edwards was announced as the winner of the season, marking Tom Jones' third win as a coach and the second coach in any variation of the British version of The Voice to win more than two seasons, after Pixie Lott on the Kids' version. For the first time, the first artist to perform in the Blind Auditions went on to win the entire season which, including the final, was pre-recorded.
In October 2021, it was confirmed that will.i.am, Anne-Marie, Sir Tom Jones and Olly Murs would return for their eleventh, second, tenth and fifth series as coaches, respectively, whilst it was announced that Emma Willis would return for her ninth series as presenter and that AJ Odudu would not return to present the show on the ITV Hub. Auditions for the eleventh series opened in March 2021 and closed in July 2021. [3] The series aired in the autumn for the first time in the show's history due to the cancellation of The X Factor in July 2021. It was also announced that the battle rounds had been axed and would be replaced by the "Callbacks" which aired on 15 October 2022 and the final will air on 29 October 2022. [4] [2]
The series began filming at Dock10 at MediaCityUK in Salford, Greater Manchester in October 2021. [5] Also, the entire series was pre-recorded, including the grand final. [6] The first trailer for the series premiered on 18 August 2022. [7]

For this season of the Voice, the show replaced the usual 'Battles' round with 'The Callbacks', which is a twist to the show first adopted by the tenth season of The Voice Australia . The Callbacks aired on 15 October. In this round, each coach brought in a mentor for their team. David Guetta, MNEK, Tom Grennan, and James Arthur were invited by will.i.am, Anne-Marie, Tom Jones, and Olly Murs, respectively.
In the Callbacks, the coaches divided their 10 contestants selected in the Blind Auditions into three groups where they were given the same song to sing in their own styles. After all three or four artists of the same group finished their performances, the coaches will have to choose one to advance to the semi-final. A total of three artists were taken through to the semi-final per coach.

The Semi-final aired on 22 October 2022. The 12 contestants that had advanced from the Callbacks competed for their spots in the Finale of this season. Each coach will have to choose one artist out of three to take through to the Final. This episode was pre-recorded.

The Final aired on 29 October 2022. Same as all the other episodes this season, the Final is also pre-recorded, with the audience and a virtual audience via Zoom voting for the final two and the winner.
The coaches kicked off the Final with the performance of "Shine" by Emeli Sandé. The show also invited Craig Eddie, the winner of last season whose coach was Anne-Marie, as Musical Guest. He performed his single "The Outside".

Oliver Stanley Murs is an English singer, songwriter, and television personality. He rose to prominence after participating on the sixth series of the television talent show The X Factor in 2009, where he finished as runner-up. Following the show, Murs was signed to RCA Records and Sony Music in the United Kingdom, and Columbia Records in the United States.

The judges were Simon Cowell, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, who returned for their respective ninth and fifth series as judges, series 9 guest judge and former The Voice UK coach Rita Ora, and BBC Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw, with Grimshaw and Ora replacing Louis Walsh, the only judge who had been on the show from its inception in 2004, and Mel B. It was presented by Caroline Flack and Olly Murs, who had both previously co-presented spin-off show The Xtra Factor on ITV2 and replaced Dermot O'Leary, who left after eight series. Rochelle Humes and Melvin Odoom presented The Xtra Factor, replacing Sarah-Jane Crawford. Louisa Johnson was announced as the winner on 13 December 2015, making Ora the winning mentor.

The Voice Kids was a British singing competition television series. Created by John de Mol, it premiered on ITV during the summer television cycle on 10 June 2017. Based on the original The Voice of Holland, and part of The Voice franchise, it aired seven series and aimed to feature young aspiring singers aged 7 to 14. The winners received a monetary prize and a family holiday.

It is the first series to air on ITV since its move from BBC One. Of the four coaches from the previous series, only will.i.am returned, which marks his sixth series as a coach, Former coach Sir Tom Jones also returned to the show after a series hiatus, replacing Paloma Faith for his fifth season, and Jennifer Hudson and Gavin Rossdale joined as new coaches on the show, replacing Boy George and Ricky Wilson. Mo Adeniran won the competition, marking Jennifer Hudson's first and only win as a coach. Additionally, JHud became the first new coach to win on her first attempt, as well as, the first female coach to win a series of the show.
Let It Shine is a British reality television music competition to find young men to star in The Band, a new stage musical featuring the songs of Take That. It aired in January and February 2017 on BBC One. In 2018, the BBC announced that Let It Shine has been cancelled after one series.

Starstruck is a British television talent series that has aired on ITV since 12 February 2022. It features a singing contest in which members of the public impersonate showbiz stars. The series is presented by Olly Murs with a judging panel, in the first series, consisting of Adam Lambert, Beverley Knight, Jason Manford and Sheridan Smith. Smith left the show after the first series due to other commitments and was replaced by Shania Twain. The series is described by some media outlets as a revived and reformatted version of Stars in Their Eyes. In September 2023, it was announced that the show had been cancelled after two series.
