State Route 152 is a state highway that runs near the latitudinal middle of the U.S. state of California from Watsonville to Route 99 southeast of Merced. Its western portion provides access to and from Interstate 5 toward southern California for motorists in or near Gilroy, San Jose, and most of the San Francisco Peninsula.
Ed R. Levin County Park is the largest park in Milpitas, California. It is run by the Santa Clara County Parks and Recreation Department and is located in the chaparral foothills of Diablo Range east of the Santa Clara Valley. Monument Peak can be accessed through trails in the park. The park's recreational facilities include a hang gliding and paragliding area, a dog park, and horseback riding areas. Ed R. Levin County Park has two lakes, Sandy Wool Lake and Spring Valley Pond. Both of them are reservoirs which collect runoff water from the hills to the east. It is home to some of the East Bay Walls.
Stevens Creek Reservoir is an artificial lake located in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains near Cupertino, California. A 1,063-acre (430 ha) county park surrounds the reservoir and provides limited fishing, picnicking, hiking, and horseback riding activities. Although swimming is not allowed, non-power boating is allowed. No powered boats or jet skis are allowed.
Uvas Canyon County Park is a 1,147-acre (464 ha) natural park located in upper Uvas Canyon on the eastern side of the Santa Cruz Mountains, west of Morgan Hill, California. The park has several small waterfalls, some of which flow perennially, that feed into tributaries confluent with Uvas Creek. The park is part of the Santa Clara County Parks System, and facilitates picnics, hiking and overnight camping. It is one of the few parks in the area that allows dogs in the campgrounds.

Uvas Creek is a 29.5-mile-long (47.5 km) mainly southward-flowing stream originating on Loma Prieta peak of the Santa Cruz Mountains, in Santa Clara County, California, United States. The creek descends through Uvas Canyon County Park into Uvas Reservoir near Morgan Hill, and on through Uvas Creek Preserve and Christmas Hill Park in Gilroy. Upon passing U.S. Highway 101 it is known as Carnadero Creek, shortly before the confluence with the Pajaro River at the Santa Clara County - San Benito County boundary.
Llagas-Uvas is an unincorporated, census county division (CCD) located on the eastern side of the Santa Cruz Mountains in southwest Santa Clara County, California. The area covers approximately 102 square miles (260 km2), much of it open space, and contains the Uvas and Chesbro reservoirs, as well as the Calero, Uvas Canyon, Rancho Cañada del Oro, and Mount Madonna county parks.

Rancho Las Uvas was a 11,080-acre (44.8 km2) Mexican land grant in present-day Santa Clara County, California given in 1842 by Governor Juan Alvarado to Lorenzo Pinedo. The name means "ranch of the grapes" and is derived from an abundance of wild grapes along the area's main watercourses. The grant was 3 miles west of present-day Morgan Hill, and covered the hilly area drained by the Uvas Creek and Llagas Creek, and is the site of present-day Uvas Reservoir.

Sycamore Creek is a perennial stream in Santa Clara County, California, United States. The headwaters rise on the eastern hillsides near Twin Peaks and flow southwest, eventually joining with Uvas Creek.
Llagas Creek is a perennial stream in Santa Clara County, California, United States. The headwaters rise on the eastern side of Crystal Peak near Loma Prieta. From there, the creek flows northeast along Casa Loma Road, until it reaches Uvas Road, and then turns south. At Oak Glen Avenue, the creek turns southeast, passing through Chesbro Reservoir, and the cities of Morgan Hill, San Martin, and Gilroy. The creek continues its southward flow, eventually joining with the Pajaro River at the San Benito County line.
Lexington Hills is an unincorporated, census county division (CCD) located on the eastern side of the Santa Cruz Mountains in west Santa Clara County, California. The area covers approximately 54 square miles (140 km2), much of it open space, and contains Lake Elsman, Lexington, and Williams reservoirs, as well as the Lexington Reservoir County Park and Bear Creek Redwoods and Sierra Azul open space preserves. The Lexington Hills communities, as well as the former Almaden Air Force Station on Mount Umunhum, and Loma Prieta are also located in the area.

Loma Chiquita is an unincorporated rural area along the ridge leading to Loma Chiquita summit in southwest Santa Clara County, California. The area covers the associated ridgeline and hillsides, from the eastern base of Loma Prieta, towards the west near the intersection with upper Little Uvas Road. The northern part faces the Mountain Home area, and the southern part overlaps with Uvas Canyon.
Cañada Garcia Creek is a perennial stream in southwest Santa Clara County, California, United States. The headwaters rise on the southern flank of Portezuelo Gap near Manzanita Ridge in the eastern foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains. From there, the creek flows southeastward, eventually merging with Llagas Creek.
