Vidarbha Hockey Association Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Nagpur, Vidarbha. [1] [2] The stadium was constructed and maintained by Vidarbha Hockey Association and also has Vidarbha Hockey Academy. The stadium is mainly used for field hockey and has synthetic AstroTurf. [3] [4]

In December 2017, they reached the final of the Ranji Trophy for the first time in their history, after they beat Karnataka by 5 runs in the semi-finals of the 2017–18 Ranji Trophy tournament. In the final, they beat Delhi by 9 wickets to win their first Ranji Trophy. In the 2018-19 Ranji Trophy, Vidarbha successfully defended the crown by defeating Saurashtra by 78 runs in the final played at Nagpur.
