Muhammad Zulfahmi Khairuddin (born 20 October 1991) is a Malaysian motorcycle racer.
Born in Banting, Selangor, Malaysia, Zulfahmi made his debut in the 125cc world championship at the 2009 Malaysian Grand Prix where he finished 20th. In 2010, Zulfahmi competed in his first full season on board an Aprilia for the Air Asia-Sepang International Circuit.
Zulfahmi achieved his first pole position by a Malaysian rider in any class at his home race in October 2012. [1] Zulfahmi led for most of the race, but finished second behind team-mate Sandro Cortese, after Cortese made a final-lap pass. At the end of the 2012 MotoGP campaign at Valencia, he claimed the 2nd podium of his career; he climbed from 17th on the grid to finish 3rd behind Danny Kent and Sandro Cortese in a dramatic thrilling race.
He briefly returned to Grand Prix racing but after a poor start to the 2018 season he decided to retire from racing. [2]

Marco Simoncelli, nicknamed Sic, was an Italian professional motorcycle racer. He competed in the MotoGP World Championship for 10 years from 2002 to 2011. He started in the 125cc class before moving up to the 250cc class in 2006. He won the 2008 250cc World Championship with Gilera. After four years in the intermediate class, he stepped up to the top MotoGP class in 2010, racing with the Honda Gresini Team. He died in an accident at the 2011 Malaysian Grand Prix at Sepang.
Alessandro "Sandro" Cortese is a former German motorcycle racer, who last competed in 2020 World Superbike Championship for Team Pedercini. Cortese won his first world title in the Moto3 class, in 2012., and his second in the Supersport World Championship, in 2018. He lives in Berkheim, Germany.
Dominique Aegerter is a Swiss professional circuit racer of solo motorcycles, competing in World superbike Championship. He won the Supersport World Championship in 2021 and 2022. He also won the MotoE World Cup in 2022.He is also the first Swiss rider to step foot on a world SBK podium.
Luis Jaime Salom Horrach was a Spanish Grand Prix motorcycle racer. Salom died after a practice accident at Circuit de Catalunya, when making contact with his bike and the wall after a high-speed accident. Racing in the Moto2 class since 2014, he finished 41 races, with 3 podium appearances, including a second-place finish at the 2016 Qatar season opener. At the time of his death, Salom ranked 10th in the 2016 Moto2 Championship point standings. Previously he had competed in Moto3, accumulating nine race victories, finishing 2nd and 3rd in the 2012 and 2013 championships, respectively.
Hafizh Syahrin bin Abdullah is a Malaysian motorcycle racer, set to race in WorldSBK in 2022 With MIE Honda. In 2018, he became the first ever Southeast Asian to race in the MotoGP category.
Michael van der Mark is a motorcycle road racer based in the Netherlands. He competes in the Superbike World Championship with a BMW M1000RR. He was the 2012 European Superstock 600 champion. In 2013 and 2014 he won the Suzuka 8 Hours with Takumi Takahashi and Leon Haslam in the Endurance FIM World Championship on a Honda CBR1000RRW. In 2014 he won the Supersport World Championship with PATA Honda.
The 2012 Malaysian motorcycle Grand Prix was the sixteenth round of the 2012 Grand Prix motorcycle racing season. It took place on the weekend of 19–21 October 2012 at the Sepang International Circuit. Sandro Cortese became the first Moto3 world champion.
The Sepang Racing Team (formerly known as SIC Racing Team) was a Malaysian Grand Prix motorcycle racing team which operated until the end of 2021, and was owned by the Sepang International Circuit. First established in 2015 in the Moto3 class and expanded in 2019, it fielded teams in MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3 championships. The MotoGP team was formally called Petronas Yamaha Sepang Racing Team (Petronas Yamaha SRT), while the Moto2 and Moto3 teams were named Petronas Sprinta Racing Team (Petronas SRT).

He is best known for winning the 2018 Moto3 World Championship with Gresini Racing, and was also the 2014 Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup champion.
