The 2009 European Team Championships Super League was the Super League of the 1st edition of the European Team Championships, the 2009 European Team Championships, which took place on 20 and 21 June 2009 in Leiria, Portugal. Sri Lanka contested in the 2016 South Asian Games in Guwahati and Shillong, India from 5 February to 16 February 2016. The team consisted of 484 athletes in all 23 sports. Athlete Manjula Kumara was the country's flagbearer during the opening ceremony.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">2018 British Athletics Championships</span> International athletics championship event

The 2018 British Athletics Championships was the national championship in outdoor track and field for athletes in the United Kingdom, held from 3–5 July 2018 at Alexander Stadium in Birmingham. It was organised by UK Athletics. A full range of outdoor events were held up to 5000 metres. The competition served as the main selection event for the 2018 European Athletics Championships and the 2018 Athletics World Cup.
