The 2019 Badminton Asia Mixed Team Championships were the second edition of the Badminton Asia Mixed Team Championships which was held at the Queen Elizabeth Stadium in Hong Kong from 19 to 24 March 2019. It was organised by Badminton Asia and Hong Kong Badminton Association. [1] The event was also known as the Tong Yun Kai Cup 2019.

The 2019 Badminton Asia Mixed Team Championships officially crowned the best mixed national badminton teams in Asia. 11 teams, lacking two teams from previous edition entered the tournament. [2]

The draw was held at World Trade Centre Club on 28 February 2019. [4] The group stage consisted of one group with two teams and three groups each with three teams. The first seeded team, Japan, was preassigned to Group A, while the second seeded team, China, was preassigned to Group D.

The group stage of the 2019 Sudirman Cup was the first stage of the competition. It was held at Guangxi Sports Center in Nanning, China, from 19 to 22 May. For Group 1, the top two teams from each group advanced to the final knockout stage to compete in a single-elimination tournament. Teams from group 2 and 3 play round robin in respective subgroup and advanced to classification round to determine the overall placings, meanwhile teams from group 4 play in a single round robin format for final placings.

The teams event of the 2019 BWF World Junior Championships was held from 30 September to 5 October 2019. The event was also known as the 2019 Suhandinata Cup. China was the 13-time defending champions in this event.

The group stage of the 2019 BWF World Junior Championships – Teams event was the first stage of the competition. It was held at Kazan Gymnastics Center in Kazan, Russia, from 30 September to 5 October.

The 2020 Badminton Asia Team Championships was the third edition of Badminton Asia Team Championships, staged at the Rizal Memorial Coliseum in Manila, Philippines, from 11 to 16 February 2020. This championships was organized by the Badminton Asia with Philippine Badminton Association as host organiser and sanctioned by the Badminton World Federation. This tournament served as the Asian qualifiers for the 2020 Thomas & Uber Cup in Denmark. Competitors could also accumulate points as part of qualification process for 2020 Summer Olympics badminton tournament in Tokyo. Indonesia and Japan were the defending champions on men's and women's category respectively. They both successfully defended their title.

This championships was organised by the Badminton Asia with Badminton Association of Malaysia as the host organiser. It was sanctioned by the Badminton World Federation. It served as the Asian qualifiers for the 2022 Thomas & Uber Cup in Thailand. Indonesia, the three-time champions, and Japan were the defending champions of the men's and women's category respectively.

The teams event of the 2022 BWF World Junior Championships was held from 17 – 22 October 2022. The event is also known as the 2022 Suhandinata Cup. Indonesia was the champion of the last edition held in Kazan, Russia.

The group stage of the 2022 BWF World Junior Championships – Teams event is the first stage of the competition. It will hold at Palacio de Deportes de Santander in Santander, Spain, from 17 to 22 October 2022.

The 2023 Badminton Asia Mixed Team Championships were the third edition of the Badminton Asia Mixed Team Championships which was held at the Dubai Exhibition Centre in Dubai, United Arab Emirates from 14 to 19 February 2023. It was organised by Badminton Asia and United Arab Emirates Badminton Federation. The event was also known as the Badminton Asia Mixed Team Championships 2023.

The 2008 Badminton Asia Thomas & Uber Cup Preliminaries were the Asian qualifiers for the 2008 Thomas & Uber Cup. The tournament was held on 15–20 February.
