The ZenFone 7 and ZenFone 7 Pro are Android-based smartphones manufactured, released and marketed by Asus. [1] [2] The phones were unveiled on 26 August 2020, and succeed the ZenFone 6.
On 26 August 2020, Asus launched the ZenFone 7 series in a Mandarin online press conference from their Taiwan headquarters. [3] The ZenFone 7 series consists of the ZenFone 7 and ZenFone 7 Pro, retaining the hallmark flip-up camera form factor of the ZenFone 6 with the addition of a 3x telephoto camera, Sony IMX686 main sensor, 8K video recording capabilities, improved actuation mechanism, and optical image stabilisation exclusive to the Pro model. The ZenFone 7 series features a 6.67-inch 90 Hz AMOLED display with 200 Hz touch sampling and a 5G-capable Snapdragon 865 system on a chip, with the higher-clocked Snapdragon 865 Plus on the Pro model. Other changes include the removal of the headphone jack, ZenUI 7, 30W fast charging, combined side-mounted fingerprint scanner–power button–smart key, UFS 3.1 storage, three-microphone array utilising Nokia’s OZO Audio processing, [4] and a larger and heavier overall form factor. The ZenFone 7 and 7 Pro are priced starting at NT$ 21,990 and NT$ 27,990, respectively. The ZenFone 7 series will not be available in North America because of a lack of 5G band support. HMD began marketing Nokia-branded smartphones and feature phones on 1 December 2016. The company has exclusive rights to the Nokia brand for mobile phones through a licensing agreement. The HMD brand was initially only used for corporate purposes and does not appear in advertising, whereas the name "Nokia Mobile" is used on social media. In January 2024, HMD rebranded to Human Mobile Devices, and will use their own branding on future devices alongside that of Nokia.
Asus Zenfone 5 is a line of Android smartphones made by Asus. It is part of the Asus Zenfone series. The ZenFone 5 was unveiled on 27 February 2018 at the Mobile World Congress and went on sale on 6 August 2018, while the higher-end ZenFone 5Z was unveiled on 16 May 2018, and went on retail sale on 6 August 2018. The smartphone line also includes the lower-end ZenFone 5 Lite.

The ROG Phone II is an Android gaming smartphone made by Asus as the second generation of ROG smartphone series following the first generation ROG Phone. The ROG Phone II was announced in July 2019 and competes with the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro and ZTE Nubia Red Magic 3s.
The OnePlus 7T and 7T Pro are Android-based smartphones manufactured by OnePlus. The 7T was unveiled on 26 September 2019, and the 7T Pro was unveiled on 10 October 2019. The McLaren edition from the 6T returns on the 7T Pro. Both have minor upgrades as with previous T phones, such as new software, upgraded cameras and a faster chipset.
The ZenFone 6 is a 2019 Android-based smartphone that was manufactured, released, and marketed by Asus. It is the only release in Asus' sixth-generation ZenFone lineup and directly succeeds the ZenFone 5Z. Asus chairman Jonney Shih unveiled the ZenFone 6 on 16 May 2019 in Valencia, Spain, and was released in Spain the following day.

It was announced on 5 August 2020 alongside the Samsung Galaxy Note 20, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7, the Galaxy Buds Live, and the Galaxy Watch 3. Samsung later revealed pricing and availability details on 1 September.
The ROG Phone 3 is an Android gaming smartphone made by Asus as the third generation of ROG smartphone series following the second generation ROG Phone II, announced on 22 July 2020.
The Xiaomi Mi 10T, Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite and Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro are Android-based smartphones developed by Xiaomi Inc. announced on 30 September 2020, while the Xiaomi Mi 10i, which is based on Mi 10T Lite but with a 108 MP camera, was announced on 5 January 2021.
The OnePlus Nord N200 5G is a budget Android smartphone. It is the successor to the OnePlus Nord N100 released in North America in 2020. It is also the fifth phone in the Nord series by OnePlus. It runs OxygenOS 11 out of the box, though the device can be upgraded to OxygenOS 12. The device is powered by Snapdragon 480 5G processor. It is amongst the cheapest 5G smartphones in the Android smartphone market.
