Cory Criswell is an American politician serving as a member of the Indiana House of Representatives from the 54th district. He assumed office on November 22,2022.
Criswell earned a bachelor's degree in physical education from Anderson University and a master's degree in educational leadership from Ball State University. [1] In July 2023,the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame hired Criswell as their development director while keeping his role as a state representative. [1]
Criswell lives in Middletown with his wife,Sabrina. They have two children Caleb and Carlee. They are members of Blue River Church of the Nazarene. He is a member of Free and Accepted Masons and Sons of the American Legion. [2]

George F. McGinnis was an American professional basketball player who played 11 seasons in the American Basketball Association (ABA) and National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the Indiana Hoosiers,earning third-team All-American honors in 1971,before starting his pro career in the ABA with the Indiana Pacers. A three-time ABA All-Star with the Pacers,McGinnis was named the ABA Most Valuable Player (MVP) in 1975 and won two ABA championships with the team. He was a three-time NBA All-Star with the Philadelphia 76ers. He was named to the ABA All-Time Team and inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
Vincent Joseph Dooley was an American college football coach. He was the head coach of the Georgia Bulldogs from 1964 to 1988,as well as the University of Georgia's (UGA) athletic director from 1979 to 2004. During his 25-year head coaching career,Dooley compiled a 201–77–10 record. His teams won six Southeastern Conference (SEC) titles and the 1980 national championship. Ray Province Crowe was a basketball coach,educator,school administrator,and Republican politician in Indianapolis,Indiana. He was the head basketball coach of Crispus Attucks High School from 1950 to 1957,after which he served another decade as the school's athletic director. His teams won the Indiana state basketball championship in 1955 and 1956,becoming the first all-black school to win a state championship in the country,and the first Indianapolis team to win the Hoosier state title. Crowe coached numerous Indiana All-Star players,including Oscar Robertson,Hallie Bryant,and Willie Meriweather,and was inducted into the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame in 1968.
