The BBC News channel is a British free-to-air public broadcast television news channel owned and operated by the BBC. It was launched as BBC News 24 on 9 November 1997 at 5:30 pm as part of the BBC's foray into digital domestic television channels, becoming the first competitor to Sky News, which had been running since 1989. For a time, looped news, sport and weather bulletins were available to view via BBC Red Button. The channel is based at and broadcasts from Broadcasting House in the West End of London, with other programmes originating from bureaus in Washington, D.C. and Singapore.

TeleRadyo was also included as a digital subchannel on digital terrestrial television seen via the ABS-CBN TVplus digital TV receivers and other digital TV boxes, until its discontinuation on November 1, 2022. TeleRadyo is also simulcasted via The Filipino Channel (TFC) and it can be heard and viewed online via TeleRadyo's YouTube channel, ABS-CBN Radio Service App and iWantTFC. The channel was previously used to simulcast the programs of ABS-CBN's flagship AM radio station, DZMM 630. At 8:20 PM on May 5, 2020, the station went off the air due to a cease and desist order of the National Telecommunications Commission together with ABS-CBN, S+A, and MOR Philippines. After DZMM 630 kHz was shut down, DZMM TeleRadyo was renamed simply as TeleRadyo. Although it also went off-air a few minutes after, the channel went back on-air and online on May 8, 2020, resuming the programming of the former DZMM. On June 28, 2021, TeleRadyo launched a high-definition feed on YouTube and Facebook while selected shows are being broadcast on Kapamilya Channel and The Filipino Channel in HD.

The multichannel broadcast live sport, entertainment, films, documentaries, science fiction and news. The channel ceased broadcasting on 25 March 2009, and the following day was replaced by One HD.
9HD is an Australian television channel owned by Nine Entertainment, originally launched on 17 March 2008 featuring unique "breakaway" programming until 2009 and a high-definition simulcast of the Nine Network from 2009 to 2010 and again since 26 November 2015. The channel is available on high definition digital television viewers in metropolitan and regional areas through a number of owned-and-operated and affiliate stations. Originally 9HD only simulcast blocks of programming from the Nine Network, and in 2008 it added time-shifted news, movies, drama and entertainment programs. Following the launch of 9Go! in August 2009, 9HD reverted to a HD simulcast of the Nine Network. The channel was replaced completely in 2010 and the space occupied by the newly launched multichannel 9Gem. Following the government's decision to remove the SD Primary Channel limitations, the channel returned as a HD simulcast on channel 90 on 26 November 2015.
