The Ministry of Higher Education is a ministry of the Government of Malaysia that is responsible for higher education, polytechnic, community college, student loan, accreditation, student volunteer. Its main office is in Putrajaya. The ministry was formed on 27 March 2004, merged back into the Ministry of Education on 14 May 2013, but then reformed on 28 July 2015. After the 2018 general election, the ministry became a higher education division under the MOE. In the Muhyiddin cabinet, the higher education division was separated again from the Ministry of Education to form as a new ministry since 10 March 2020.
The Malaysian Public Works Department (Malay: Jabatan Kerja Raya Malaysia (JKR); Jawi: جابتن كرجا راي مليسيا) is the federal government department in Malaysia under Ministry of Works Malaysia (MOW) which is responsible for construction and maintenance of public infrastructure in West Malaysia and Labuan. In Sabah and Sarawak, a separate entity of Public Works Department exists under the two respective states government jurisdiction but both departments are also subordinate to the parent department at the same time.
The Selangor Islamic University is a private university located in Bandar Seri Putra, Bangi, Selangor. The university was formerly a university college, before upgraded to a full-fledged university on 13 October 2022. The Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah, had presented the official instrument of the change to Higher Education Ministry secretary-general Abdul Razak Jaafar at Istana Bukit Kayangan. The university moved to its current location in 2000, when the new campus was officially opened by Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah.
Sekolah Menengah Agama Persekutuan Labu or formerly Sekolah Menengah Agama Wilayah Persekutuan (SMAWP) is one of the three federal-funded Islamic Religious secondary boarding schools in Malaysia and is in Labu, one of the small towns in north Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. The school used to be located in Klang (1982) and Petaling Jaya (1983–87), Selangor and named Sekolah Menengah Agama Wilayah Persekutuan, before it moved to Labu in 1987. The school is known as one of the Sekolah Kluster Kecemerlangan and Sekolah Berprestasi Tinggi.

Its objective is "determining the services of all divisions are implemented according to policy, legislation / regulations and current guidelines". It is headed by the Prime Minister of Malaysia followed by other Minister in the Prime Minister's Department. Dato' Haji Ahmad bin Lebai Sudin is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Bukit Lada (N9) assemblyman in the Kedah State Legislative Assembly. Ahmad is a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) in Malaysia's ruling Barisan Nasional coalition. He holds degree with Honors in Sociology and Anthropology from University Malaya. Immediately after attending UM, Ahmad went to Malaysia National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) and received his Diploma in Public Management. He has been praised for improving the quality of agriculture in Bukit Lada especially during his tenure as Exco Kedah in 1999.

Nurul Syazwani binti Noh is a Malaysian politician and lawyer who has served as Member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Permatang since August 2023. She is a member of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party (BERSATU), a component party of the Perikatan Nasional (PN) coalition and was a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), a component party of the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition. She is the State Head of Women, Family, Welfare and Unity Bureau of PN of Selangor and Division Women Youth Chief of BERSATU of Tanjong Karang and was a Member of Committee (AJK) of UMNO. She is also the only child and daughter of former Cabinet minister and former Member of Parliament (MP) for Tanjong Karang Noh Omar and Professor of the Institute of Biological Sciences, Faculty of Science, University of Malaya Aishah Salleh and the sole female Selangor PN MLA as well as the sole female PN candidate in the 2023 Selangor state election.
