The Ministry of Higher Education is a ministry of the Government of Malaysia that is responsible for higher education, polytechnic, community college, student loan, accreditation, student volunteer. Its main office is in Putrajaya. The ministry was formed on 27 March 2004, merged back into the Ministry of Education on 14 May 2013, but then reformed on 28 July 2015. After the 2018 general election, the ministry became a higher education division under the MOE. The Nik family largely originated from the state of Kelantan, which is located on the east coast of the Malaysian Peninsula. According to the history of Kelantan, the first recognised Sultan of Kelantan, Sultan Muhammad I, was also known as Nik Muhammadiah. The Selangor Islamic University also known as UIS is a private university located in Bandar Seri Putra, Bangi, Selangor. The university was formerly a university college, before upgraded to a full-fledged university on 13 October 2022. The Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah, had presented the official instrument of the change to Higher Education Ministry secretary-general Abdul Razak Jaafar at Istana Bukit Kayangan. Sekolah Menengah Agama Persekutuan Labu or formerly Sekolah Menengah Agama Wilayah Persekutuan (SMAWP) is one of the three federal-funded Islamic Religious secondary boarding schools in Malaysia and is in Labu, one of the small towns in north Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. The school used to be located in Klang (1982) and Petaling Jaya (1983–87), Selangor and named Sekolah Menengah Agama Wilayah Persekutuan, before it moved to Labu in 1987. The school is known as one of the Sekolah Kluster Kecemerlangan and Sekolah Berprestasi Tinggi.
The Prime Minister's Department is a federal government ministry in Malaysia. Its objective is "determining the services of all divisions are implemented according to policy, legislation / regulations and current guidelines". It is headed by the Prime Minister of Malaysia followed by other Minister in the Prime Minister's Department. Dato' Haji Ahmad bin Lebai Sudin is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Bukit Lada (N9) assemblyman in the Kedah State Legislative Assembly. Ahmad is a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) in Malaysia's ruling Barisan Nasional coalition. He holds degree with Honors in Sociology and Anthropology from University Malaya. Immediately after attending UM, Ahmad went to Malaysia National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) and received his Diploma in Public Management. He has been praised for improving the quality of agriculture in Bukit Lada especially during his tenure as Exco Kedah in 1999.

She served as Member of the Selangor State Executive Council (EXCO) in the Pakatan Rakyat (PR) state administration under former Menteri Besar Khalid Ibrahim from March 2008 to September 2014 and Member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Selat Klang from March 2008 to May 2018. She is a member of the Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS), a component party of the Perikatan Nasional (PN) and formerly PR coalitions. She was also the Chairperson of the Selangor Public Library Corporation (PPAS) and Chairperson of the Lajnah Perpaduan Nasional of PAS of Selangor.
