Devon Cuthbert Thomas (born 12 November 1989) is a West Indian cricketer from Antigua.
On 5 July 2009 he scored his maiden first class century playing for the Windies A against Bangladesh at Barbados's Kensington Oval. [1] He soon became a mainstay for the Leewards,being named as vice captain for their 2014 Super50 campaign. [2] Thomas later joined the Jamaica Scorpions for the 2015 and 2016 seasons. He eventually returned playing for the Leewards soon thereafter. [3] [4] Thomas was the leading run-scorer for the Leeward Islands in the 2018–19 Regional Super50 tournament,with 238 runs in eight matches. [5] He was also the 2nd highest run-scorer for the team [6] in the 2018-19 Regional Four Day Competition,and 4th highest scorer in the competition as a whole. [7] In 2016,he was drafted by the St Kitts and Nevis Patriots. [8] Since then,he has regularly played for them in the Caribbean Premier League.
In October 2019,he was named as the captain of the Leeward Islands for the 2019–20 Regional Super50 tournament. [9] He was signed by Kandy Warriors for the 2021 Lanka Premier League. [10] He was drafted by Pune Devils for the 2021 T10 League. [11] [12] In July 2022,Thomas joined CPL side Barbados Royals for the upcoming season of the said tournament. [13]
A right-hand batsman and wicket keeper,he played only one season for Leeward Islands before being given his One Day International debut on 28 July 2009 against Bangladesh while the first team were involved in a pay dispute with the West Indies Cricket Board. [14] He batted in only one innings,scoring 29* from 32 balls,and took two wickets with his right-arm medium pace bowling. [15]
Thomas is one of three wicket-keepers to have taken wickets in a One Day International. [16] He achieved this feat bowling against Bangladesh cricket team in the 2nd ODI of the 3 match ODI series at Windsor Park (Dominica). He picked up the wickets of Mushfiqur Rahim and Mahmudullah,but could not prevent West Indies from losing the game. [17]
In June 2022,he was named in the West Indies' Test squad for their series against Bangladesh. [18] He would go on to make his Test debut against Australia at Adelaide later that year,on 8 December. [19]
On 23 May 2023,the International Cricket Council (ICC) provisionally suspended Thomas and charged him on seven counts under its anti-corruption code,the most serious allegation being an attempt to fix a match in the 2021 Lanka Premier League. [20] [21]
Devon Sheldon Smith is a former cricketer who featured as an opening or top order left-handed batsman. He played for the West Indies and for the Windward Islands in regional tournaments. Smith is also,with a sum of 11,321 runs,the highest runscorer in the history of West Indian first class cricket competitions.
Dwayne Romel Smith is a former Barbadian international cricketer who has represented the West Indies in all three formats of the game. An all-rounder,he is known as an aggressive and powerful right-handed batsman,bowls medium pace,and is also an athletic fielder. Smith was a part of the West Indies team that won the 2012 T20 World Cup.
Sunil Philip Narine is a Trinidadian cricket player who played internationally for the West Indies. He made his One Day International (ODI) debut in December 2011 and Test match debut in June 2012. Primarily an off-spin bowler,he is also a left-handed batsman. Narine was a part of the West Indies team that won the 2012 T20 World Cup,where he took the winning wicket of Lasith Malinga in the final. In November 2023,he announced his retirement from international cricket.
Rahkeem Rashawn Shane Cornwall is an Antiguan cricketer. A right-arm off-break bowler,Cornwall has played for Leeward Islands cricket team and featured in the line-up for the Antigua Hawksbills in the Caribbean Premier League. In August 2019,Cricket West Indies named him as the Championship Player of the Year. Later the same month,he made his international debut for the West Indies cricket team. He also set the record for the heaviest cricketer to play Test cricket,weighing more than 140 kg. For the Leewards Islands,he is their second highest wicket-taker in both First Class and List A cricket,while only Kieran Powell has scored more than his four List A hundreds for the side.
Nicholas Pooran is a Trinidadian cricketer who currently represents the West Indies cricket team in limited overs formats and occasionally serves as the team's captain. He also competes domestically for Trinidad and Tobago and plays for the Lucknow Super Giants in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Pooran made his international debut for the West Indies in September 2016. In May 2022,he was appointed captain of the West Indies limited-overs team. However,he stepped down from the captaincy in November 2022. Pooran has played 29 matches in the T10 format,scoring 953 runs in 28 innings. His highest score in T10 cricket is 101,and he has recorded 1 century and 7 half-centuries in the format.

A right-arm fast bowler,he plays for Leeward Islands and the St Kitts and Nevis Patriots in West Indian domestic cricket. He also currently plays for Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the Indian Premier League. In 2016,Joseph was named Antigua and Barbuda Sportsman of the Year award. During his under-19 career,Joseph helped the West Indies win the 2016 Under-19 Cricket World Cup.
Odean Fabian Smith is a Jamaican cricketer. He made his international debut for the West Indies cricket team in April 2018.
Keacy Uydess Carty is a Sint Maarten cricketer who represents the Leeward Islands in West Indian domestic cricket. He is a right-handed middle-order batsman. He made his international debut for the West Indies cricket team in May 2022.
Sunil Walford Ambris is a Vincentian professional cricketer who has played for the Windward Islands and the Combined Campuses and Colleges in West Indian domestic cricket,as well as representing the St Lucia Zouks franchise in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL). He was the first player to be dismissed hit-wicket twice in consecutive Tests and the first to be dismissed hit-wicket on test debut. Sunil's middle name of Walford derives from former St.George Dragons Rugby League great Ricky Walford,his parents both being huge fans of the club.

A right-arm fast bowler,he made his List A debut for the team in January 2016,against the Leeward Islands in the 2015–16 Regional Super50.
