Edgemoor Gardens is an unincorporated community in New Castle County, Delaware, United States. [1] Edgemoor Gardens is located along U.S. Route 13 along the west bank of the Delaware River in the northeastern part of Edgemoor.

Interstate 495 (I-495) is a 11.47-mile (18.46 km) long Interstate highway in the U.S. state of Delaware. The highway serves as a six-lane bypass of I-95 around the city of Wilmington. I-495 begins at an interchange with I-95 and I-295 near Newport to the southwest of Wilmington. From here, the road heads east to the Port of Wilmington, where it turns northeast and crosses the Christina River as it heads to the east of downtown Wilmington. Upon reaching Edgemoor, I-495 runs between the Delaware River to the east and U.S. Route 13 to the west, continuing to Claymont. In Claymont, I-495 turns north and merges into northbound I-95 at an interchange with Delaware Route 92 just south of the Pennsylvania state line.
Brandywine Hundred is an unincorporated subdivision of New Castle County, Delaware, United States. Hundreds were once used as a basis for representation in the Delaware General Assembly. Brandywine Hundred is a commonly used colloquial name for this area. However, while their names still appear on all real estate transactions, all other hundreds in Delaware presently have no meaningful use or purpose except as a geographical point of reference. In the 2010 census, Brandywine had 77,182 people. In recent decades it has become a major edge city of Philadelphia due in part to Delaware General Corporation Law.
Landenberg is an unincorporated community in southern Chester County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is, essentially, a post office address that covers parts of New Garden, London Britain and Franklin Townships. The White Clay Creek bisects Landenberg. Landenberg falls into two school districts: Avon Grove and Kennett Consolidated. Delaware Route 3 is a state highway northeast of Wilmington in New Castle County, Delaware. The route runs from an interchange at Interstate 495 (I-495) in Edgemoor north to DE 92 in Hanbys Corner. The route passes through the suburban areas of Brandywine Hundred, Bellefonte, and Arden. It intersects U.S. Route 13 in Edgemoor, US 13 Business in Bellefonte, and I-95 near Bellevue State Park. DE 3 was built as a state highway during the 1920s and 1930s. By 1968, the route was designated between US 13 north to DE 92 on Marsh Road. The route was moved to its current alignment and terminus by 1984.
Edgemoor Farm Dairy Farm was built as part of a dairy farm in 1913 in Santee, California. Edgemoor was part of a Spanish land grant to Maria Antonio Estudillo who married Miguel de Pedrorena, a native of Madrid. By the 1850s, through a variety of ways, individuals obtained portions of the grant and began to farm. Walter Hamlin Dupee purchased Edgemoor Farm in 1913 and built it into a national award-winning dairy farm, polo pony ranch and early tourist attraction.
