The EuroLeague American Tour was a series of games organized in 2009, 2010 and 2012. Its purpose is for EuroLeague and sometimes 2nd-tier level EuroCup teams to play against National Basketball Association teams. The games of the EuroLeague American Tour are played by NBA rules.
The EuroLeague American Tour continues a tradition of friendly competition between NBA and EuroLeague teams that dates back to 1978, when Maccabi Tel Aviv played the Washington Bullets in Tel Aviv, Israel. Combined with the NBA Global Games, that also regularly present clashes between EuroLeague and NBA squads.
The first event that took place in 2009 involved Olympiacos, Maccabi Tel Aviv and Partizan Belgrade from the EuroLeague. They played against the San Antonio Spurs, the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Denver Nuggets and the Phoenix Suns, losing all four games.
The second event in 2010 involved CSKA Moscow and Caja Laboral against the Memphis Grizzlies, the Miami Heat, the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Cleveland Cavaliers and the San Antonio Spurs.
The third edition of the EuroLeague American Tour took place in 2012, involving Real Madrid and Mens Sana Siena against the Memphis Grizzlies, the Toronto Raptors, the Cleveland Cavaliers and the San Antonio Spurs.
In 2013, CSKA Moscow traveled to the United States to play against the Minnesota Timberwolves and the San Antonio Spurs. In 2014, Maccabi Tel Aviv played in the USA against the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Brooklyn Nets. In 2015, Maccabi Tel Aviv played against Olimpia Milano in New York City and Chicago. That was the first time two European teams met to play against each other in the United States.

Maccabi Tel Aviv is known as one of the best teams in Europe, having won 6 Euroleague titles since joining, and having sent numerous players to the NBA draft.

He was also the 2011 Israeli Basketball Premier League Finals MVP. He also represented the senior Israeli national team in 2010.

The 2006 NBA Europe Live Tour was an international basketball exhibition and competition produced jointly by the National Basketball Association and the Euroleague, as part of the NBA Global Games. The tour featured four NBA teams training and playing matches against European teams in Germany, Russia, France, Italy, and Spain. Four standalone games were played, along with two tournaments in Moscow and Cologne. The tour took place between 5 October and 11 October 2006.
Marcus James Brown is a retired American professional basketball player. At 6'3" tall, he played as a shooting guard. A three time All-EuroLeague selection, Brown has been mentioned as being one of the top U.S. players ever to play abroad. Brown ended his career as a player-coach with Žalgiris Kaunas in 2011. Brown was the EuroLeague's career scoring leader since the year 2000, when he ended his career in October 2011. As far as United States players only are concerned, Brown remains the league's all-time scoring leader since the year 2000, when the league's current organizer took over the competition.

The 2007 NBA Europe Live Tour was a basketball exhibition tour featuring teams from the NBA and teams from Europe's top professional leagues, as part of the NBA Global Games. The hosting countries were England, Italy, Spain and Turkey. The NBA teams traveled to Europe to begin their training camps, and played a series of exhibition matches against the European teams, and preseason games against other NBA teams. The games took place from October 6 to October 11 and the NBA teams prevailed 5 games to 2 over the European teams.

In 2011 he reached the EuroLeague Final with Maccabi Tel Aviv, earning an All-EuroLeague Second Team selection in the process. He was the 2015 Israeli Basketball Premier League Assists Leader, and the 2016 Chinese Basketball Association assists leader. He is the brother of Jannero Pargo, who also played in the NBA.

The Naismith Cup was an annual pre-season National Basketball Association (NBA) exhibition game. From the 1995 season through 2000, it was played between the two Canadian NBA rivals, the Toronto Raptors and the Vancouver Grizzlies, at neutral venues across Canada. The cup was named after James Naismith, the Canadian inventor of basketball, and was originally created to raise money for Canada Basketball, similar to the Pearson Cup competition between Canada's Major League Baseball teams the Toronto Blue Jays and Montreal Expos. Following the Grizzlies relocation to Memphis the cup was laid dead, though the Raptors continued the tradition of hosting neutral site pre-season games in Canadian cities under the NBA Canada Series name. The Raptors won the series against Vancouver 4–1.

The 2010 Euroleague American Tour was the second American Tour organized by the Euroleague in the USA. The games were part of the NBA's preseason schedule and allowed the Euroleague teams to display some of their very particular characteristics to the American public, even under NBA rules. The Euroleague teams that participated in the second edition were CSKA Moscow and Caja Laboral. On the other hand, the NBA franchises that played against them were the Miami Heat, the Memphis Grizzlies, the San Antonio Spurs, the Oklahoma City Thunder, and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Yovel Zoosman is an Israeli professional basketball player for Alba Berlin of the German Basketball Bundesliga and the EuroLeague. Standing at 6 ft 7 in (2.01 m), he plays at the shooting guard and the small forward positions. Zoosman was named the FIBA Europe Under-20 Championship MVP in 2018. He was named the 2020 Israeli Basketball Premier League Defensive Player of the Year.
