Johar Baru is a district of Central Jakarta, Indonesia. It is roughly bounded by Kampung Rawa Selatan Raya road and Mardani Raya road to the east, Percetakan Negara Raya Road to the south, Letjend Suprapto Road to the north, and a railway line to the west.
This was formerly part of Cempaka Putih which formed a neat south-eastern corner rectangle to the city centre. Thus at first, the latter was seven Administrative Villages: Cempaka Putih Timur, Cempaka Putih Barat, Galur, Tanah Tinggi, Kampung Rawa, Johor Baru, and Rawasari. In 1993, those of Galur, Tanah Tinggi, Kampung Rawa, and Johar Baru became Rahabayan Johar Baru. [1]
The district of Johar Baru is divided into four administrative villages (kelurahan):
Padang Panjang, is a city located in the cool highlands of West Sumatra, inland from the provincial capital Padang. It sits on a plateau beneath the volcanoes Mount Marapi and Mount Singgalang. It has an area of 23.0 km² and a population at the 2010 Census of 47,008 and 56,311 at the 2020 Census. It is located at 0°27′S100°25′E.
Cempaka Putih is a district of Central Jakarta, Indonesia. Cempaka Putih is roughly bounded by Jenderal Ahmad Yani bypass highway to the east, Pramuka boulevard to the south, Letjend Suprapto boulevard to the north, and a railway line to the west. The name "Cempaka Putih" derived from flowering plant white champaca.

Kebayoran Baru is a district of South Jakarta, Indonesia. The name of the district was derived from an area which was developed in the post-war period as a new suburb town of Jakarta, Kebayoran Baru. Kebayoran Baru was the last residential area to be developed by the Dutch colonial administration. The urban planning was laid in a concept of the Garden city movement, consisting of a well-planned residential area, a shopping center, and a business district, supported with civic facilities e.g. schools, places of worship, hospitals, and parks. Many important governmental institutions are located in Kebayoran Baru, such as the Indonesia Stock Exchange building, the ASEAN Secretariat building, the Criminal Investigation Agency of the National Police, and the City Hall of South Jakarta. Sudirman Central Business District is also located in Kebayoran Baru sub-district.

The boundary of Kwitang is the Ciliwung to the west, Jalan Kramat Kwitang to the north, Jalan Kramat Raya to the east, and Jalan Kramat 4 to the south.
The MetroMini minibus system is major part of the public transport system of Jakarta. There were reportedly over 3,000 buses in the MetroMini fleet in mid-2012. The buses are similar to the parallel Kopaja system which also provides transport services, on different routes, across Jakarta. The distinctive MetroMini buses are orange and blue with a white stripe running along the length of the bus. Buses provide seating for around 20-30 people with, often, an equal number crammed into limited standing room so the buses are often overcrowded. But at 2015 Jakarta Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama stopped all of MetroMini's bus operations because of a MetroMini vs KRL Commuter Line crash. If MetroMini wants to operate again, it has to join Transjakarta like the Kopaja as a feeder bus. Many routes are/will replaced/replaced by Minitrans and Metrotrans buses.

The Cililitan- Tanjung Priok Road or the Jakarta Bypass or Djakarta Bypass/Bypass is a 27 km long bypass road in the capital city of Indonesia, Jakarta, that connects the Dewi Sartika Road and the Bogor Main Road in Cililitan, East Jakarta to the Port of Tanjung Priok in North Jakarta. This bypass road is divided into four parts, Jalan Mayjen Sutoyo Road, Jalan D.I. Panjaitan, Jalan Jend. Ahmad Yani Road, and Jalan Laksamana Yos Sudarso. The bypass was inaugurated by the first President of Indonesia, Sukarno on October 21, 1963. One of the sectionsof the Jakarta Inner Ring Road is built above this road.
