Kerouac is a crater on Mercury. Its name was adopted by the International Astronomical Union (IAU) in 2015, after American author and poet Jack Kerouac. [1]
Kerouac is located west of the Caloris Planitia, within Mearcair Planitia. To the west of Kerouac is the peak-ring basin Raditladi.
Davies is a crater on Mars located at 46°N 0°E on the fringe of Acidalia Planitia near Arabia Terra. It is approximately 48 km in diameter. The crater's name was formally approved by the IAU in 2006.
Odin Planitia is a large basin on Mercury. It was named after the Norse god Odin in 1976 by the IAU. It was first observed in detail by Mariner 10. The plain is approximately 473 kilometers in diameter.
