La Perla is a district of the Constitutional Province of Callao in Peru, and one of the seven districts that comprise the port city of Callao.
The current mayor of La Perla is Anibal Jara Aguirre. It was officially established as a district on October 22, 1964.
The district has a total land area of 2.75 km². Its administrative center is located 18 meters above sea level.
According to the 2005 census by the INEI, the district has 59,602 inhabitants, a population density of 21,673.5 persons/km² and 14,699 households in the district.

Callao is one of the seven districts of the Constitutional Province of Callao in the Callao Region, Peru. The Chillón River marks the district's northern border with Ventanilla. On the east, the Callao district is bordered by the Carmen de la Legua-Reynoso as well as the Lima Province's districts of San Martín de Porres and Lima. The Bellavista and the La Perla districts are located to the southeast, while La Punta borders the district on the west. The Pacific Ocean borders the province on the west and south. At 1956, it expanded to the north, encompassing latifunds, lands and estates that belonged to the San Martín de Porres District and the Carabayllo district. During this expansion, the Jorge Chávez International Airport is built.

Estadio Miguel Grau is a multi-use stadium in the Bellavista District of Callao, Peru. The stadium is part of the Sport Village of Callao or Yahuar Huaca, which is owned by the Callao Regional Government since 2011. Its use is available to several football teams in the region including Sport Boys, Universidad de San Martín and Academia Cantolao who play their home matches here for the Torneo Descentralizado. The stadium's maximum capacity is 17,000 and was inaugurated on 16 June 1996 with a match between Sport Boys and Deportivo Pesquero for the 1996 Torneo Descentralizado. The match was a 3–1 win for Sport Boys. Floodlight towers were installed in 2003.

It is a property of the Catholic Church. The building is neoclassical in style. The construction was completed in 1893 with the design of Antonio Dañino. It was remodeled after an earthquake in 1970. On September 16, 1995, it was officially consecrated as Callao Cathedral.
Pedro Carmelo Spadaro Philipps (born 16 May 1977) is a Peruvian lawyer and Fujimorist politician and a former Congressman, representing the Constitutional Province of Callao between 2011 and 2016. Spadaro is currently serving as Mayor of Ventanilla since 2019.
Patricia Rosa Chirinos Venegas is a Peruvian journalist and politician. She was Regional Councilor of Callao (2011–2014), District Mayor of La Perla (2015–2018) and is currently a Congresswoman of the Republic for the parliamentary period 2021–2026.
