Alfred Hitchcock Presents is an American television anthology series created, hosted and produced by Alfred Hitchcock, airing on CBS and NBC, alternately, between 1955 and 1962. It features dramas, thrillers, and mysteries. Hitchcock himself directed only 17 episodes during its run. [1] In 1962, the show was succeeded by The Alfred Hitchcock Hour which aired on CBS until 1965. [2] The series Alfred Hitchcock Presents was revived in 1985 and ran through 1990. [3]
