José Humberto Rujano Guillen is a Venezuelan road bicycle racer who competed professionally between 2003 and 2013, and most recently competed for Venezuelan amateur team Osorio Grupo Ciclismo.
José Rodolfo Serpa Pérez is a Colombian road racing cyclist, who last rode for Colombian amateur squad Team Cartagena. He competed professionally between 2006 and 2015 and from 2018 to 2019, riding for UCI Professional Continental team Androni Giocattoli–Venezuela for seven years, spending three years with Lampre–Merida, and two years with GW–Shimano.
Francesco Gavazzi is an Italian former professional road bicycle racer, who competed as a professional from 2007 to 2023.
Alberto Loddo is an Italian former professional road bicycle racer.
Vini Zabù was an Italian UCI ProTeam that existed from 2009 until 2021.
Manuel Belletti is an Italian former professional road bicycle racer, who last rode for UCI ProTeam Eolo–Kometa. He took a total of 21 professional wins during his career, nine of them on Italian soil.

Matteo Pelucchi is an Italian former professional road cyclist, who competed as a professional from 2011 to 2021. He also competed in track cycling at a junior level.
Mattia Cattaneo is an Italian professional road bicycle racer, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Soudal–Quick-Step. As an amateur, Cattaneo won the Girobio in 2011 for the U.C. Trevigiani–Dynamon–Bottoli team. Professional since 2013, he took his first pro win on stage 3 of the 2017 Tour La Provence. In 2019 he won the Giro dell'Appennino one-day race. Alessandro Bisolti is an Italian former professional racing cyclist, who competed as a professional from 2009 to 2023. He was named in the start list for the 2016 Giro d'Italia.
