Mikey Kile (born February 6, 1983) is an American professional stock car racing driver. He is a veteran of the Pro Cup Series and the Automobile Racing Club of America.
Kile was born in Westlake, Louisiana on February 6, 1983, and still resides there; he is a fourth-generation racing driver, with his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather all competing in various forms of motorsport. [1] Kile graduated from Westlake High School in 2001, and is married, to Kasha, with one son. [1]
Kile began his racing career at age eight, competing in kart racing events; [1] he would win national championships in World Karting Association and International Kart Federation competition during his karting career. [2] Kile moved to stock car competition in 2005, competing in the USAR Pro Cup Series and the NASCAR AutoZone Elite Division, Southeast Series; his best Pro Cup season came in 2008, winning his first race in the series at Salem Speedway as well as the Northern Division Rookie of the Year award. Kile moved up to NASCAR and ARCA competition in 2009, competing for Brad Keselowski Racing on a limited basis; [3] running for Venturini Motorsports in the ARCA Re/MAX Series in 2010, he finished fifth in points, scoring his first career win at Michigan International Speedway. [4] [5] He also made his first career start in the NASCAR-sanctioned Nationwide Series in 2010, at Nashville Superspeedway for Braun Racing. [6]
Kile competed on a limited basis in the Nationwide Series for Turner Motorsports in 2011, [3] scoring a best finish of fifteenth at Nashville Superspeedway in July; he planned to return to the team for a limited schedule in 2012, as well as running the full 2012 ARCA Racing Series schedule for Andy Belmont Racing. Bradley Reed Sorenson is an American former professional stock car racing driver and spotter. He last competed part-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, driving the No. 27 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE for Premium Motorsports, the Nos. 74/77 Camaro for Spire Motorsports, and the No. 7 Camaro for Tommy Baldwin Racing. As of 2021, he works as a spotter for DGM Racing's No. 92 of Josh Williams in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. Sorenson began competing in NASCAR in 2004 as a Busch Series driver; he has four wins in the series. His first Cup start came in 2005 before moving to a full schedule the following year.
Loy Allen Jr. is a former professional NASCAR Winston Cup, Busch, and ARCA series race car driver, turned real estate developer and embry-riddle-trained commercial pilot. On February 12, 1994, he became the youngest and first rookie in NASCAR Winston Cup history to win the Daytona 500 pole.
Daniel O'Quinn Jr. is an American professional stock car racer from Coeburn, Virginia. Now retired, he competed in the NASCAR Nationwide Series and was a winner of the Roush Racing: Driver X competition.
Erik Louis Darnell is an American professional stock car racing driver. He is the grandson of former USAC and NASCAR driver Bay Darnell, who also started three NASCAR races. Darnell formerly drove for Roush Fenway Racing, joining the team in 2005 after being a co-winner on the Discovery Channel program Roush Racing: Driver X, along with David Ragan.
Stephen Wallace is an American stock car racing driver. A current super late model racer, he is the son of 1989 Winston Cup champion Rusty Wallace, the nephew of NASCAR drivers Kenny and Mike Wallace, and cousin of Chrissy Wallace. Steve has made starts in all three of NASCAR's national series as well as the ARCA Racing Series, and won the Snowball Derby in 2004.
Stephen Russell Leicht is an American professional stock car racing driver who competes part-time in the ARCA Menards Series and the ARCA Menards Series East, driving the No. 31 Chevrolet for Rise Motorsports. He has previously competed in the NASCAR Cup Series NASCAR Xfinity Series and the NASCAR Truck Series. Leicht also has over 150 feature event wins in quarter midgets and go-kart racing.
