The Nickelodeon Indonesia Kids' Choice Awards was the Indonesian version of the American annual awards ceremony Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, produced and aired by Global TV (now GTV). The show was held from 2008 to 2017 in Jakarta. Indonesia is the second country in Asia to hold this awards ceremony after the Philippines.

Sheila on 7 is an alternative rock band from Yogyakarta, Indonesia. They have changed their lineup several times since their formation on 6 May 1996. Their first lineup consisted of Akhdiyat Duta Modjo, Saktia "Sakti" Ari Seno (guitar), Eross Candra (guitar), Adam Muhammad Subarkah (bass), and Anton Widiastanto (drums). Anton left the group in 2004, while Sakti left in 2006, leaving their current lineup as it is, but with Brian Kresna Putro replacing Anton in the drums until his departure in 2022.
Upin & Ipin is a Malaysian animated television series created by Burhanuddin Md Radzi and his wife, Ainon Ariff and is produced by Les' Copaque Production, based in Shah Alam, Selangor. The series made its premiere on TV9 for 11 seasons and on Astro Ceria, Astro Prima and TV2 from season 12 onwards. It also made its premiere in Indonesia on MNCTV from 2007 to 2023 and also available for online streaming on both Disney+ and Netflix.

Deadsquad is an Indonesian death metal band formed in 2006 in Jakarta. The band was initially started as a project by guitarist Ricky Siahaan of Seringai and Stevie Item of Andra and The Backbone, but later developed into a full band.

In 2018, he won the Variety Asian Star: Up Next award at the International Film Festival & Awards Macao for his role in that drama.

Dilan 1990 is a 2018 Indonesian coming of age romantic drama film. It is based on the novel Dilan: Dia adalah Dilanku Tahun 1990 by Pidi Baiq. The film stars Iqbaal Ramadhan and Vanesha Prescilla as the main roles, with some high-profile names in supporting, minor, or cameo roles; Farhan, Happy Salma, Adhisty Zara of idol group JKT48, and Ridwan Kamil, the then-Mayor of Bandung. The film has been watched by 6.3 million people. It is the best-selling Indonesian film of 2018 and the second best-selling Indonesian film of all time, just behind Warkop DKI Reborn: Jangkrik Boss! Part 1 with 6.8 million viewers. The film is followed by a sequel, Dilan 1991, which was released on 28 February 2019.
Suzzanna: Bernapas dalam Kubur is a 2018 Indonesian horror film directed by Rocky Soraya and Anggy Umbara and written by Bene Dion Rajagukguk. It is a remake to the 1981 film titled Sundelbolong directed by Sisworo Gautama Putra, and a homage to its star, "queen of Indonesian horror" Suzzanna.

Adyla Rafa Naura Ayu is an Indonesian actress and singer. Following her mother's career, Riafinola Ifani Sari, Naura Ayu became a child singer in 2014 with the release of her first studio album Dongeng which won the award for Best Children's Album in the Anugerah Musik Indonesia 2015. Naura Ayu is the first Indonesian child singer to win the Triple Platinum award thanks to her fourth album, Katakanlah Cinta which has sold 500 thousand CDs.
Judika Nalom Abadi Sihotang, known mononymously as Judika, is an Indonesian singer and actor. He has released seven albums and received multiple awards including Anugerah Musik Indonesia and Anugerah Planet Muzik. Three of his songs were featured as soundtracks in Indonesian drama series.
Jefri Nichol is an Indonesian actor and model. He is widely known following his role in Dear Nathan (2017).
