The Washington Park Historic District is a national historic district located in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on June 24, 2008. It comprises nearly 60 acres (240,000 m2) and is located 4 miles (6.4 km) north of downtown Indianapolis, in the south-central part of the Meridian-Kessler neighborhood. The district includes all properties south of 43rd Street and north of 40th Street, and west of Central Avenue and east of the alley running north and south between Pennsylvania and Meridian Streets; Washington Boulevard runs north-south through the center of the district. It includes 110 contributing buildings, ranging mostly from mansions to small bungalows, and three non-contributing buildings.
Noblesville Milling Company Mill, also known as the Model Mill, is a historic grinding mill located at Noblesville, Hamilton County, Indiana. The original section was built about 1872, and subsequently expanded to cover 1/2 a city block. It is a large brick structure, with the largest section being four stories tall. It includes a water tower built about 1903. It was originally built as a planing mill, but later converted to a grinding mill to produce flour.
John Wood Old Mill, also known as Wood's Mill and John Wood Mill, is a historic sawmill and grist mill located at Merrillville, Lake County, Indiana. It was built in 1837–1838, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, rectangular brick building. It has a gambrel roof with overhanging eaves. The mill operated into the 1930s. The mill was restored by the Lake County Parks and Recreation Department in 1976.
William Potter House, also known as the Potter House, is a historic home located at Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. It was built in 1855, and is a two-story, Greek Revival style brick dwelling, with a front gable roof. A rear addition was added about 1880. The entrance features Doric order columns and opposing pilasters.
Mars Theatre is a historic theatre building at Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. It was built in 1921, and is a four-story, rectangular, Georgian Revival style brick building, with limestone ornamentation and terra cotta panels. It measures 69 feet, 4 inches, wide and 141 feet, 4 inches deep. It was originally built as a vaudeville theater and sat 1,205 patrons. The building houses the Denis H. Long Center for the Performing Arts.
Stidham United Methodist Church is a historic Methodist church located at Shadeland, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. It was built in 1912–1913, and is a 1+1⁄2-story, co-axial plan Gothic Revival style brick building topped by a steeply sloped gable roof. It features a crenellated bell tower with masonry buttresses and an American Craftsman style plain wood portico.
Bethel A.M.E. Church is a historic African Methodist Episcopal church located at Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana. The congregation was founded in 1836. The church was built in 1854, and enlarged and remodeled in the Romanesque Revival style in 1892–1894. It is a one-story, cruciform plan, brick building with a 2+1⁄2-story bell tower. The church serves as an educational, political, and cultural center for the local African-American community.

It was built in 1868, and is a two-story, "L"-shaped, Italianate style brick dwelling. It has a low-pitched hipped roof with heavy double brackets, decorative front porch, and a projecting bay window.
Markle House and Mill Site is a historic home and site of Markle's Mill located in Otter Creek Township, Vigo County, Indiana. The house was built in 1848, and is a two-story, Greek Revival style painted brick dwelling with Italianate style influences. It has a one-story, front porch with Doric order columns. The Markle's Mill burned in 1938, and the remains consist of stone and concrete foundations and the associated remains of the dam. Also on the property are the contributing outhouse and carriage house.
Lentz House is a historic hotel located at North Manchester, Wabash County, Indiana. It was built in 1881, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, rectangular, Second Empire style brick building. The third story was added in 1896 and attached to the main building is a two-story frame wing built in 1847. It has a mansard roof with dormers and features a wraparound porch.
Thomas R. Marshall School, also known as the Town Life Center, is a historic school building located at North Manchester, Wabash County, Indiana. It was built in 1929, and is a two-story, rectangular, Beaux-Arts style multicolored brick building. It has a projecting center entrance bay with a recessed entrance behind a shallow barrel vault. The school was named for Indiana Governor and U.S. Vice President Thomas R. Marshall (1854-1925). It remained in use as an elementary school until 1989, after which it has been used as a community centre.
Old North Manchester Public Library is a historic Carnegie library building located at North Manchester, Wabash County, Indiana. It was built in 1912, and is a two-story, rectangular, American Craftsman style dark red brick building over a basement. It has a low-pitched side gable roof of red Spanish tile and wide overhanging eaves. The building corners feature massive piers with sloping sides. It was built in part with a $10,000 donation from the Carnegie Foundation.
Noftzger-Adams House is a historic home located at North Manchester, Wabash County, Indiana. It was built in 1880, and is a two-story, brick dwelling with Second Empire and Gothic Revival style design elements. It sits on a stone block foundation and has a mansard roof with decorative brackets. It features a full-width front porch and two-story bay.
Manchester College Historic District is a national historic district located at North Manchester, Wabash County, Indiana. It encompasses three contributing buildings and one contributing object on the campus of Manchester University. They are the Administration Building, Ikenberry Hall, and Oakwood Hall. The Administration Building consists of the 2+1⁄2-story, Second Empire style Baumgerdner Hall (1889); 2+1⁄2-story, Second Empire style, Bible School (1895); with the Tudor Revival style connecting the two older buildings (1920-1921). The Administration Building consists of a four-story central tower with three-story flanking wings. Oakwood Hall, originally the Women's Dormitory, was built in 1898 with an addition built in 1916 and a Bungalow / American Craftsman style addition in 1926. Ikenberry Hall, originally the Men's Dormitory, was built in 1906, and is a 3+1⁄2-story, Classical Revival style orange brick building. The district also includes the two-tier, cast iron college fountain (1924).
Peabody Memorial Tower, also known as the Singing Tower, is a historic structure located at North Manchester, Wabash County, Indiana. It was designed by architect Charles R. Weatherhogg and built in 1937. The structure consists of a cube shaped limestone mausoleum at the base topped by a brick and limestone carillon that reaches 110 feet tall. It has streamlined Art Deco character with Tudor Revival features.
Horner–Terrill House is a historic home located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built about 1875, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, roughly "L"-shaped, Second Empire style brick dwelling with limestone detailing. It features a three-story tower, mansard roof, and round arched openings. Also on the property is a contributing garage. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.
Manchester Apartments is a historic apartment building in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1929, and is a three-story, Tudor Revival style brick building. It measures 40 feet wide and 210 feet long and features a gable front pavilion with stucco and decorative half-timbering. The building was remodeled in 1971. It is next to the Sheffield Inn.
The Gramse, also known as The Nicholson, historic apartment building located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1915, and is a two-story, Bungalow / American Craftsman style, yellow brick and limestone building on a raised brick basement. It has a cross-hipped roof with dormers. It features stuccoed section and decorative half-timbering, three-sided bay windows, and corner porches. The building has been converted to condominiums.
H. Lauter Company Complex, also known as J. Solotken Company, Lauter Lofts, and Harding Street Lofts, is a historic factory complex located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built between 1894 and 1912, and includes the South Factory, the North Factory, and the Office Building. The factory buildings are in the Italianate and the office building is in the Classical Revival style. The North Factory is a four-story brick building with a raised full basement constructed sometime between 1908 and 1912. The Office Building is a two-story brick building constructed between 1899 and 1908 and has a truncated hipped roof. The four-story, "U"-shaped core of the South Factory was built in two phases; the eastern portion between 1894 and 1898 and the western portion in 1899. The H. Lauter Company furniture manufacturer began in 1894 and they continued to operate at the location until 1936. The buildings have been converted to condominiums and apartments.
