Oscar by the Sea is a riverside private housing residences located at 8 Pung Loi Road, Pak Shing Kok, Clear Water Bay, New Territories, Hong Kong. The residence is jointly developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and Hong Kong Oxygen. [1] It was designed by MCAA Limited.
The property is divided into 7 buildings with 40 to 59 floors and a total of 1959 units. The estate was opened for sale in 2001 on 27 July 2001 (Phase 1), 1 June 2002 (Phase 2). The management company is Hong Yip Service Co. Ltd. under Sun Hung Kai Properties. Oscar by the Sea is the only private housing estate in Tseung Kwan O that is not built on reclaimed land.[ citation needed ]

Park Central is a private housing estate and shopping mall in Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong, located near MTR Tseung Kwan O station. It consists of 12 residential blocks in two phases with a total of 4,152 units, and a 350,000-square-foot (33,000 m2) shopping mall, the largest one in Tseung Kwan O. It was jointly developed in 2002, 2003 and 2005 by the consortium of property developers, including Sun Hung Kai Properties, Henderson Land Development, Chinachem Group, MTR Corporation and Nan Fung Group.

Valley Road Estate was a public housing estate in Valley Road, Lo Lung Hang, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It was originally a squatter area, but was destroyed by fire in 1961. In 1962, the British Hong Kong Government constructed a total of 16 blocks, namely the Valley Road Government Low Cost Housing Estate (山谷道政府廉租屋邨), on the site. In 1973, the estate was renamed Valley Road Estate. It was demolished between 2001 and 2002.
Jubilee Garden is a private housing estate situated at 2-18 Lok King Street, Fo Tan, Sha Tin District, New Territories, Hong Kong. It is located near the MTR Fo Tan station and right next to Sha Tin Racecourse.
Mikiki is a shopping centre in San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is owned by Sun Hung Kai Properties. Mikiki is directly connected to The Latitude, a private housing estate that was also developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties. Mikiki does not have a Chinese name, and its English name is based on the Japanese word for "knowledge". Mikiki covers an area of 200,000 square feet and has been opened to the general public since July 2011. Its official opening date was on 30 October that year. The mall is managed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and Hong Yip Service Co Ltd.
