Central Plaza is a 78-storey,374 m (1,227 ft) skyscraper completed in August 1992 at 18 Harbour Road,in Wan Chai on Hong Kong Island in Hong Kong. It is the third tallest tower in the city after 2 International Finance Centre in Central and the ICC in West Kowloon. It was the tallest building in Asia from 1992 to 1996,until the Shun Hing Square was built in Shenzhen,a neighbouring city. Central Plaza surpassed the Bank of China Tower as the tallest building in Hong Kong until the completion of 2 IFC.

Tai Kok Tsui is an area west of Mong Kok in Kowloon,Hong Kong. The mixed land use of industrial and residential is present in the old area. The Cosmopolitan Dock and oil depots were previously located there. Blocks of high-rise residential buildings have been erected on the reclaimed area to the west,which marked the revitalisation of the area with many restaurants and bars setting up shop. Many of the older residential buildings have been vacated and are set to be replaced by high-rise residential and commercial buildings.

Manhattan Hill is a high-rise development located in the Lai Chi Kok district of Kowloon in Hong Kong,formerly Kowloon Motor Bus Lai Chi Kok Depot. The complex consists of five towers. Towers 1 and 2,which are interconnected,rise 51 floors,while towers 3,5 and 6 rise 49 floors;each of the five towers is 198 metres (650 ft) high. The entire complex was developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and was completed in January 2007.
Olympian City is a shopping and residential complex built on reclaimed land in Tai Kok Tsui,Kowloon,Hong Kong,next to the MTR Olympic station. It is one of the main shopping and residential areas in West Kowloon. The shopping arcades,Olympian City 1,2 and 3,were developed by Sino Land while the residential buildings were developed by MTR Corporation and Sino Land.
W Hong Kong,a W Hotel,is a five-star hotel in Hong Kong,that occupies the first 25 floors of the Sun Hung Kai Properties-owned Cullinan II,Kowloon station,West Kowloon,offering a total of 393 guest rooms,as well as a rooftop swimming pool,'WooBar',and a number of unique features especially for guests,including a complimentary local mobile phone for each guest to use during their stay. The W Hong Kong started trial operations on 8 August 2008,and official operations in January 2009.

It has been classified as a Grade I historical building since 2000 by the Antiquities Advisory Board in view of its historical and architectural merit. It is now owned by the HKSAR Government.
Shanghai International Finance Center,usually abbreviated as Shanghai IFC,is a commercial building complex and a shopping center located at 8 Century Avenue,Lujiazui,Pudong,Shanghai,China. It incorporates two tower blocks at 249.9 metres (820 ft) and 259.9 metres (853 ft) housing offices and a hotel,and an 85-metre (279 ft) tall multi-storey building behind and between the two towers.

26 Nathan Road,formerly known as East Enterprise Square or Oterprise Square (東企業廣場),is a commercial 28-storey commercial building that was expanded from the Ambassador Hotel in Kowloon by Sun Hung Kai Properties development. It is located at the corner of Nathan Road and Middle Road,in the Tsim Sha Tsui area of Yau Tsim Mong District,in Kowloon,Hong Kong.
Mikiki is a shopping centre in San Po Kong,Kowloon,Hong Kong. It is owned by Sun Hung Kai Properties. Mikiki is directly connected to The Latitude,a private housing estate that was also developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties. Mikiki does not have a Chinese name,and its English name is based on the Japanese word for "knowledge". Mikiki covers an area of 200,000 square feet and has been opened to the general public since July 2011. Its official opening date was on 30 October that year. The mall is managed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and Hong Yip Service Co Ltd.
