Polsat Seriale (formerly known as Polsat Romans) is a Polish television channel which broadcasts movies and television series. It is owned and operated by Polsat.
It started broadcasting on 1 September 2013, as Polsat Romans, [1] 5 April 2020. but changed its name to Polsat Seriale on 6 April 2020. [2] 29 August 2021. Polsat Seriale
On 22 July 2013, Telewizja Polsat announced that it would launch a new channel called as Polsat Romans on the occasion of the beginning of the 2013/2014 school year. [3]
Polsat Romans was finally launched on 1 September 2013. The on screen logo is colourful which lasted until 2015, before changing into a white Polsat Romans on screen logo, and it returned automatically on 4 April 2020, which is short-lived.
On 2 March 2020, it announced that Polsat Romans will be renamed into Polsat Seriale, in April 2020, after successful years of the "Romans" brand. The announcement was given by Krajowa Rada Radiofonii i Telewizji in 2019, but on 18 March 2020, it was confirmed that Polsat Seriale will launch on 6 April 2020, to coincide the annual rebranding of the thematic channels from Polsat.
On 6 April 2020, Polsat Seriale was launched, after the closure of Polsat Romans. At the same time, Polsat Doku, Polsat Play, Polsat Café, Super Polsat, Polsat Film, Polsat 2 and the international channel Polsat 1 received new logos and graphic design on the same day. The graphics and theme music are derived from the parent channel since February 2019.
On 30 August 2021, Polsat Seriale was rebranded along with other neighbouring Polsat channels. On the same day TVN 7 (TVN Siedem) was given a new look.

Disco polo is a genre of popular dance music, created in Poland in the 1980s. It was initially known as sidewalk music or backyard music. This genre, a type of Polish urban folk music, had great popularity in the 1990s, peaking in 1995–1997, then gradually declining in popularity through the early 21st century. The genre then had a resurgence in the winter of 2007. The Polish PWN dictionary defines the genre as a Polish variant of disco music, with simple melodies and often ribald lyrics.

In August 2013, Polskie Media was acquired by Telewizja Polsat, and since 2014, Polsat became a direct broadcaster of TV4.
TVN7 is a Polish television channel specialising in action, drama and comedy shows and movies. Owned by TVN Group, the channel was launched in March 2002, replacing RTL 7.
TV Puls is a Polish commercial television channel, which was based on Telewizja Niepokalanów with the support of companies such as PKN Orlen, KGHM Polska Miedź, PZU Życie, Prokom and which started broadcasting in March 2001. Due to financial problems, it ended broadcasting on 1 April 2003. With the help of the private company Antena 1 and of the owner of Polsat, Zygmunt Solorz-Żak, TV Puls resumed broadcasting in June 2003. Until recently, the station's programming was largely devoted to Catholic issues, as the majority of the company's stock was owned by the Franciscan Order.

The sixth series of Mam talent! began airing on TVN on 7 September 2013 and ended on 30 November 2013. Marcin Prokop and Szymon Hołownia returned to present the show. Agnieszka Chylińska and Małgorzata Foremniak returned as judges and were joined by Agustin Egurrola. The series was won by Ukrainian sand artist Tetiana Galitsyna, who received PLN 300,000. The runner-up, folk music band Tekla Klebetnica received the second prize, a car funded by sponsor of the series. Dancer Santiago Gil came third.
The seventh series of Mam talent! began airing on TVN on 6 September 2014. The judges' auditions began on 9 June 2014 in Katowice and ended on 8 July in Warsaw.
