Red Cliffs Mall is a shopping mall in St. George, Utah, United States that opened in 1990. It is the only major indoor shopping center between Las Vegas, Nevada and the Wasatch Front, located on Red Cliffs Drive, adjacent to Interstate 15. Managed by Brookfield Properties, the mall features Dillard's, JCPenney, Barnes & Noble, AL's Sporting Goods, and H&M as its anchor stores as well as 60-plus major retailers. Newer tenants as of 2021 include Victoria's Secret, Men's Wearhouse and Tilly's. [1]

History

The original anchors were JCPenney, ZCMI, and Walmart, [2] with Sears joining in 1998. [3] Red Cliffs Cinemas, a 4 screen movie theater, opened on an outparcel of the mall in November 1995. [4] In April 2001, Dillard's took over the ZCMI location, and relocated to the former Walmart space after Walmart vacated the mall in 2002 to relocate to a new supercenter. [5] [6] Barnes & Noble opened in 2008 in the former ZCMI space. The movie theater closed in 2016 and was demolished in 2023. [7] Sears closed in 2017. A large H&M store opened in the fall of 2018. AL's Sporting Goods opened in the former Sears space in 2023. [8]

Great Lakes Mall is a shopping mall in Mentor, Ohio on Mentor Avenue, approximately 20 miles (32 km) northeast of Cleveland. The anchor stores are Round 1 Entertainment, Dillard's, JCPenney, and Dick's Sporting Goods. There are two vacant anchor stores that were once Sears and Macy's. The first stores of the mall were opened January 17, 1961, as part of an early development of Edward J. DeBartolo Sr., owned by the Glazer–Marotta Company. Throughout the 1960s, the mall was expanded and enclosed. In 1988, a multi-year renovation occurred, which included replacing the flooring and adding a food court, and a subsequent renovation occurred in 2011. Olive Garden, BJ's Brewhouse, Hobby Lobby, Outback Steakhouse, Barnes & Noble and Atlas Cinemas Stadium 16 are located in the mall parking lot. The mall contains 1,249,574 sq ft (116,089 m2). On May 28, 2014, it was announced by Simon Property Group that they would transfer Great Lakes Mall to its new spin off Washington Prime Group. Washington Prime Group later became WP Glimcher and then back to Washington Prime Group. In 2015, Sears Holdings spun off 235 of its properties, including the Sears at Great Lakes Mall, into Seritage Growth Properties. Dillard's North closed in May 2017, consolidating the men and women's sections into one building; Sears closed in September 2017. Macy's closed in April 2021 due to a plan to close 46 stores nationwide.

Alamance Crossing is a lifestyle center in Burlington, North Carolina, United States. Opened in 2007, it is the second shopping mall in the city, as well as the larger. Alamance Crossing comprises more than seventy tenants, including eight major anchor stores: Belk, Dillard's, JCPenney, Barnes & Noble, Hobby Lobby, Kohl's, Dick's Sporting Goods and BJ's Wholesale Club. It was developed by CBL & Associates Properties, who also manages it.
