The Lincolnshire Commons is an upscale lifestyle center located in Lincolnshire, Illinois. The center opened in 2006 and hosts numerous high-end restaurants, and promeninent retailers such as Cheesecake Factory, Jos. A. Bank, DSW and LensCrafters. The 140,000-square-foot (13,000 m2) center is a popular shopping area in Chicago's affluent north suburbs. Regal Cinemas across the street opened November 20, 1998 as City Park 20 by Regal Entertainment. It has stadium seating and an IMAX theater. This theater is known for showing independent films.

Lincolnshire, Illinois Village in Illinois, United States

Lincolnshire is a village in Vernon Township, Lake County, in the U.S. state of Illinois. The village is a northern suburb of Chicago. The population of Lincolnshire was 7,275 at the 2010 census. Lincolnshire was incorporated on August 5, 1957, from the unincorporated Half Day area when land was purchased to build a residential subdivision. The community underwent an aggressive era of expansion from 1983 to the 1990s. The Des Plaines River bisects the village, passing from north to south; Illinois Route 22 also divides the village into two parts, crossing the village from east to west.

LensCrafters American optician and eyewear retail chain

LensCrafters is an American retailer of prescription eyewear and prescription sunglasses, and the largest optical chain in the United States, with about 90 stores in California alone. It was founded in 1983 in the U.S. and has subsequently expanded to over 850 stores in Canada, the United States and Hong Kong. The stores usually feature independent optometrists on-site or in an adjacent store. The company has its corporate headquarters in Mason, Ohio, a suburb of Cincinnati. LensCrafters is a wholly owned subsidiaries of Italy-based Luxottica, the largest eyewear company in the world.

Colonie Center

Colonie Center is a shopping mall located in Colonie, New York, a suburb of Albany, at the intersection of Central Avenue, Wolf Road, and Interstate 87. Opening in 1966, it was the first enclosed shopping mall in New York's Capital Region. The mall has successfully updated its tenant mix, image, and look on an ongoing basis to keep up with the times, as can be seen from the list of stores on the mall's website. The two-story mall has an area of about 1,300,000 square feet (120,000 m2) and 110 stores as well as a food court. Colonie Center was owned by Feldman Mall Properties until 2009, when it was sold to Heitman Value Partners. In April 2013, Heitman sold the mall to KKR & Co. L.P., partnered with Colonie Pacific. The mall anchors are Boscov's, Christmas Tree Shops, Macy's, Regal Cinemas, and Whole Foods Market. There's also a vacant spot last occupied by Sears, which closed in September 2017 with no current occupier of its former space. Another previous anchor included Steinbach. The L.L. Bean store in Colonie Center is the busiest L.L. Bean store in the country, generating $12.4 million in annual sales. Outside of New York City, the Macy's store in Colonie Center is the highest revenue-producing Macy's store in the region with an annual revenue of $50 million. The Whole Foods Market generates $24.6 million in annual revenue. The mall is located near the busiest intersection in the capitol region.

Wilton Mall at Saratoga is a regional shopping center, located off Interstate 87 exit 15 in the town of Wilton, directly north of Saratoga Springs, New York. The mall has a gross leasable area of 763,270 square feet (70,910 m2). The mall is anchored by Dick's Sporting Goods, JCPenney, which its current location opened in 2008 on the site originally planned for Montgomery Ward, HomeGoods, Healthy Living Market and Café, Planet Fitness, both which were subdivided in the original location of JCPenney, and Sears; in addition, it features a food court and movie theater. It is currently owned by Macerich, having been purchased from Wilmorite Properties of Rochester, New York in 2004. The Bon-Ton, originally an Addis & Dey's, closed in August 2018.

The Falls is an open-air shopping mall in Kendall, Florida. The mall has 111 upscale stores; its anchor stores are Macy's, Bloomingdale's, and Regal Entertainment Group, and is currently managed and 50% owned by the Simon Property Group.

The Northwestern University Virginia Wadsworth Wirtz Center for the Performing Arts exists as an operational and administration component of the Northwestern University School of Communication with the specific charge of producing, managing, funding and administering the performing arts productions of the School of Communication, Department of Theatre and Department of Performance Studies, including programmatic responsibility for theatre, music theatre and dance. The Theatre and Interpretation Center was built in 1980, and renamed in 2015 to the Virginia Wadsworth Wirtz Center for the Performing Arts. The building contains a 450-seat thrust stage theater, a 350-seat proscenium theater, two smaller black box theaters, a dance performance space, full theatrical production facilities, and offices for the center. Its plain white exterior walls and boxy, utilitarian shape stand in stark contrast to the nearby University Library, and earned it the nickname "The Box The Library Came In" among Northwestern students.

The Village at Riverwatch is a planned Mixed-use development located in Augusta, Georgia along the banks of the Augusta Canal. The property will include an upscale lifestyle center, a dine-in 14-screen IMAX movie theater, Costco, Cabelas, and 25 acres of restaurants and retail. In addition, 7 acres of retail and entertainment and a hotel are planned. The center is currently owned by Dallas-based MGHerring Group. Also known as the Brandenburg Parcel, the village would also have one of the largest supermarket chains in the area.

The Renaissance Place is one of the first "new urbanist" mixed-use developments of its kind located in the Chicago suburb of Highland Park, Illinois. It was designed in a vernacular style respectful of the history of this place. It includes several different buildings and styles of architecture appropriate for each use. The project opened in late 2007, and is home to the third Saks Fifth Avenue location in Illinois. Even though it is a new development, occupancy is almost 100%. Above street-level retailers are condominiums, offices and a fine arts movie theater served by underground parking, grade level parking and street parking. The development has been featured in the 2005 Urban Land Institute Handbook on Mixed Use Development; the 2003 Urban Land Institute Handbook on Town Center Development; and the 2002 Urban Land Institute Handbook on Place Making: Developing Town Centers, Main Streets and Urban Villages. The facility was master planned and designed by the international architectural firm of Suttle Mindlin and has been a major factor in the revitalization of downtown Highland Park.

Ellsworth Place

Ellsworth Place is a 350,000-square-foot (33,000 m2), six-story, enclosed shopping mall in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland. It opened as City Place Mall on April 2, 1992, and is located at the intersection of Fenton Street and Colesville Road. The mall, which is currently completing extensive renovations but is still open to the public, and several new stores opened in spring 2016. Dave and Buster's opened in November 2016.

River City Marketplace (RCM) is a quasi-regional outdoor shopping mall in the Northside of Jacksonville, Florida and the only one north of the St. Johns River. It opened its doors on November 17, 2006 with three major anchor stores including Walmart, Lowe's and Regal Cinemas River City Marketplace 14. The fourth, Gander Mountain, opened ten months later and will close in 2017. The 125-acre (0.51 km2) shopping district is located south of Airport Road on the east side of Interstate 95, two miles (3 km) east of Jacksonville International Airport (JIA). When Phase II is fully built out, the project will have cost over $300 million to build and boast more than 100 retailers.
