Mall of Georgia is an enclosed super-regional shopping mall located in unincorporated Gwinnett County, Georgia, near the city of Buford, 30 miles (48 km) northeast of Atlanta. Opened in 1999, it is currently the largest shopping mall in both the Atlanta Metropolitan Area and the state of Georgia, consisting of more than two hundred stores on three levels. Featured in the mall is a large village section, comprising lifestyle tenants and restaurants in an outdoor setting, as well as a 500-seat amphitheater. In 2017 the Mall of Georgia renovated the indoor food court area by updating the seating arrangements, furniture styles, and color schemes. Mall of Georgia was built by and is still owned by Simon Property Group. A portion of the Ivy Creek Greenway runs along the shopping mall area. The mall features the traditional retailers JCPenney,Belk, Dick's Sporting Goods, Macy's, Dillard's, and Von Maur, in addition to a 20-screen Regal Cinemas which also features IMAX. The anchor stores are Von Maur, Macy's, Dillard's, Belk, JCPenney, Havertys Furniture, Barnes & Noble, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Regal Cinemas.

Parkdale Mall is a mall located in Beaumont, Texas that opened in 1973. The owner of Parkdale Mall is CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. The mall's anchor stores include a Dick's Sporting Goods and Field & Stream combo Store, Dillard's, Five Below, Forever 21, HomeGoods, and JCPenney. Another anchor, Macy's, closed in March 2017. The former Macy's became a combination between the Dick's Sporting Goods and Field & Stream combo store, HomeGoods, and Five Below. KBTV-TV, the Beaumont-Port Arthur Fox affiliate, used to broadcast inside the mall, but now broadcasts at the KFDM studios. In addition, a Tilt Studio location opened in early 2017. Mid Rivers Mall is a shopping center in St. Peters, Missouri, just off Interstate 70. The mall opened in 1987 and has since grown to be St. Charles County's largest shopping center. Mid Rivers Mall includes over 140 shops. The anchor stores are Macy's, Dillard's, H&M, JCPenney, Marcus Theatres, Vintage Stock, and Dick's Sporting Goods. There is one vacant anchor store that was once Sears. The mall is owned by CBL Properties, which acquired the property in 2007 from the Westfield Group.
Prien Lake Mall is an enclosed, regional shopping mall in Lake Charles, Louisiana which serves 344,268 people. It is located on West Prien Lake Road and is highly visible from Interstate 210. The Mall is named after Prien Lake, which is one of the lakes in the city of Lake Charles. When it opened in 1972 with 35 stores, many retailers from downtown Lake Charles relocated to the mall leading to urban blight in the downtown area. The anchor store on opening was Montgomery Ward. The mall was extended with a new wing opening in 1998, increasing floorspace to 800,000 sq. ft. including a new food court and Sears store, which closed in 2018. In 2001 an Educational Resource Centre was approved for opening in the mall with federal funding from the US Department of Education's Community Technology Centers Program. It provides adult education and English classes. In that same year, Houston-based Foley's came to the mall with a new store built, only to rebrand as Macy's five years later. Macy's only lasted at the mall for a year until it closed in early 2008. By 2009, Kohl's replaced the former Macy's building. The anchor stores are Dillard's, Dick's Sporting Goods, Kohl's, Kirkland's, JCPenney, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, and Cinemark Theatres. There is 1 vacant anchor store that was once Sears.
Macroplaza Mall, formerly Pasadena Town Square Mall and Plaza Paseo Mall, is a regional shopping mall in Pasadena, Texas, southeast of Houston. Developed by Federated Department Stores Realty and attached to an existing Foley's Department store, it opened March 1982. The mall originally featured Joske's, Foley's, and Palais Royal as its anchor stores. At the time it was built, its location was unusual as it was one of only a few malls in the Houston area not near a highway. Joske's was rebranded as Dillard's in 1987 following the purchase of the Joske's chain. Sears was added as the fourth anchor in 1997 in an effort to increase traffic; and allow the mall to be seen as a larger regional mall. All four Anchor Stores Dillard's, Sears, Macy's, and Palais Royal currently sit vacant.
