Red FM (Often stylized as Superhits 93.5 RED FM) is an Indian FM radio network headquartered in Chennai [1] and owned by Chennai-based Sun Group. The network broadcasts content in various Indian languages including Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. On 14 August, 2009, Suryan FM 93.5 was rebranded to RED FM in 64 cities across India. Thus, Sun Group's FM service came to be known with brand name RED FM across India except Tamil Nadu.

Win 94.6 FM was an FM radio channel in Mumbai, India that played Hindi songs. Broadcasting began on 30 April 2001 on frequency 94.6 MHz. It was the most popular radio station in Mumbai while on the air. The radio station played a variety of music, including old and modern songs. Although advertising was limited, Win 94.6 FM was the home of a few popular radio jockeys. It was indeed the "No.1 Radio Station In Mumbai." Their punchline was "Hit pe hit pe hit." Win 94.6 FM went off the air on 27 May 2004.

AIR FM Rainbow is a group of FM radio channels across India. The group of stations was previously called FM Metro, but the name was changed to FM Rainbow in 2002. The group is run by All India Radio, or AIR, a government owned enterprise. Radio City is India's first private FM radio station and was started on 3 July 2001. It broadcasts on 91.1 megahertz from Mumbai, Bengaluru, Lucknow and New Delhi. The FM broadcasting in India began in 1977, but boomed after 2001 when the privatisation of FM broadcasting began. AIR's FM LRS was inaugurated on 1 July 2001 at 14:28 hours in Kodaikanal in the frequency 100.5 MHz. The Two Radio Persons Dr.Musiri.T.A.Veerasamy and B.Rajaram made 100.5 popular and the LRS was upgraded to a " METRO FM " Channel in just two months. The channel covered a radius of about 200 km due to its location at 2200 meters above MSL at Kodaikanal. Later, the stalwarts like Supra in 2002 and Maha Somaskandamoorthy in 2003 have joined KODAI FM, as it is popularly known. It is the biggest individual FM channel in India in both area coverage and listenership.

92.7 Big FM is a national private FM radio station in India. It broadcasts primarily at 92.7 MHz from 58 stations across the country, reaching a potential audience of 450 million. It mainly plays music from local-language films along with occasional Western music. It broadcasts from 8am to 8pm in non-metro cities, while in metropolitan markets it broadcasts a 24-hour schedule.

The 2018 season of the Indian Premier League, also known as IPL 11, was the eleventh season of the IPL, a professional Twenty20 cricket league established by the BCCI in 2007.
