Red FM (Often stylized as Superhits 93.5 RED FM) is an Indian FM radio network headquartered in Chennaiand owned by Chennai-based Sun Group. The network broadcasts content in various Indian languages including Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. On 14 August, 2009, Suryan FM 93.5 was rebranded to RED FM in 64 cities across India. Thus, Sun Group's FM service came to be known with brand name RED FM across India except Tamil Nadu.

All India Radio (AIR), officially known since 1957 as Akashvani, is the national public radio broadcaster of India and is a division of Prasar Bharati. It was established in 1936. It is the sister service of Prasar Bharati's Doordarshan, an Indian television broadcaster. Win 94.6 FM was an FM radio channel in Mumbai, India that played Hindi songs. Broadcasting began on 30 April 2001 on frequency 94.6 MHz. It was the most popular radio station in Mumbai while on the air. The radio station played a variety of music, including old and modern songs. Although advertising was limited, Win 94.6 FM was the home of a few popular radio jockeys. It was indeed the "No.1 Radio Station In Mumbai." Their punchline was "Hit pe hit pe hit." Win 94.6 FM went off the air on 27 May 2004.
AIR FM Rainbow is a group of FM radio channels across India. The group of stations was previously called FM Metro, but the name was changed to FM Rainbow in 2002. The group is run by All India Radio, or AIR, a government owned enterprise. It features Hindi and regional language songs, while also playing English music and providing hourly news in English, regional language and/or Hindi. In Bhopal, FM Rainbow broadcasts in Hindi to more than 12 districts of Madhya Pradesh and 21 Bhopal City suburbs. AIR FM Rainbow Delhi airs in as many as ten cities, more than any of the other FM Rainbow frequencies. Mumbai, Lucknow, Vizag, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Kakinada, Kochi and Bangalore all receive FM Rainbow transmissions on a variety of frequencies.
Radio City is India's first private FM radio station and was started on 3 July 2001. It broadcasts on 91.1 megahertz from Mumbai, Bengaluru, Lucknow and New Delhi. It plays Hindi, English and regional songs. It was first launched in Hyderabad in March 2006, in Chennai on 7 July 2006 and in Visakhapatnam October 2007. Radio City recently forayed into New Media in May 2008 with the launch of a music portal - PlanetRadiocity.com now radiocity.in that offers entertainment related news, videos, songs, podcasts and other music-related features. AIR's FM LRS was inaugurated on 1 July 2001 at 14:28 hours in Kodaikanal in the frequency 100.5 MHz. The Two Radio Persons Dr.Musiri.T.A.Veerasamy and B.Rajaram made 100.5 popular and the LRS was upgraded to a " METRO FM " Channel in just two months. The channel covered a radius of about 200 km due to its location at 2200 meters above MSL at Kodaikanal. Later, the stalwarts like Supra in 2002 and Maha Somaskandamoorthy in 2003 have joined KODAI FM, as it is popularly known. It is the biggest individual FM channel in India in both area coverage and listenership.

UBA is headquartered in Pune and has a city team, Pune Peshwas. The first UBA match was played on 17 July 2015 at Gachibowli Indoor Stadium, Hyderabad between Bengaluru Beast and Pune Peshwas. The 2018 season of the Indian Premier League, also known as IPL 11, was the eleventh season of the IPL, a professional Twenty20 cricket league established by the BCCI in 2007. The season, which was held from 7 April to 27 May, saw the return of the Chennai Super Kings and the Rajasthan Royals after serving two years of suspension for the involvement of their respective owners in the 2013 IPL betting case. Star Sports purchased the media rights at ₹16,347.5 crore for five years starting from 2018.
